I told them before I left they said take to dealership to program. They also left the radio unhooked. I took to my regular shop and it took a day and a half to fix the complete mess up and an additional 456 dollars. When I went back to address them they said they don't program well that's part of install. They wanted to know why I didn't bring it back. I point blank said I had no confidence in their abilities. I asked for a refund and the owner walked away and his son stood there and did nothing. Don't be fooled by the nice guy routine!

I will say, they had their work cut out for them and they totally exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with needing to hard brake to avoid an accident which resulted in a full to go cup of coffee ending up all over the dash, vents, and everywhere in between. Not only was there no sign of coffee at completion, but I honestly think the vehicle was cleaner than when I purchased it. I only paid for an interior detail, however they also washed my car and had it clean, dry, and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. The little extra was very much appreciated and I went ahead and booked an additional appointment for detailing for my husband's car before leaving!
