Dock installed in wrong location. I called them repetitively to ensure it was placed correctly and…read moreto call me to be sure there wasn't mistake. They put it in early but in the wrong location. I called twice the week after this and the lady said it would be moved the following week after Memorial Day weekend. That did not happen. Their solution was for me to bring my boat up and have them move the hoist with my boat in the hoist regardless of the lack of trust I now have with their ability. I find this company to have a lack of ability to follow direction from client to avoid mistakes and lacking the of ability to correct the mistake because they didn't listen to the customer and lack of communication with customer on initial request or plan to rectify in a timely manner. It was up to me to follow up repetitively and deal with their lack of interest to do the job correctly. I wouldn't recommend unless you live there and can micro-manage their work.
