I called twice the week after this and the lady said it would be moved the following week after Memorial Day weekend. That did not happen. Their solution was for me to bring my boat up and have them move the hoist with my boat in the hoist regardless of the lack of trust I now have with their ability. I find this company to have a lack of ability to follow direction from client to avoid mistakes and lacking the of ability to correct the mistake because they didn't listen to the customer and lack of communication with customer on initial request or plan to rectify in a timely manner. It was up to me to follow up repetitively and deal with their lack of interest to do the job correctly. I wouldn't recommend unless you live there and can micro-manage their work.

The result was a 2-ft-high pile of gravel at the end of our driveway in the spring and a ruined crown the full length of our 500'. The ONE time I called to request a special trip (even offering to pay extra) for a slushy spring plowing, I was told "We don't do will-calls, we can't just come out any time you want us to." End of story (and our relationship).

We have 10 acres of trees on Nowland Lake that had significant damage from the recent ice storm…read more Brendyn was prompt and efficient along with Taylor and Dakoda in cutting, chipping and stacking numerous trees. I can't say enough how pleased I am that they did above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this service. Brendyn even put small piles of wood chips around the house so I didn't have to haul several wheelbarrows by myself.

Mowing is often sloppy (mowed yard but not on other side of the fence which is still our property; had to ask them to do this several times. Paid for fall clean up ($300) which included cutting down plants in a flower bed in front of property. Large piles of leaves were left and the flower beds were never addressed. I called - said they would address and never came out. I was never reimbursed for all or part of the charge.

On this visit I did take the time to re-point out where the garden beds were to the crew supervisor. Today when they showed up (finally when they were scheduled) I felt no need to go out and guide them though it. They did it last year fine, the supervisor had been re-introduced and besides, it's a bunch of tall plants growing next to the house that look like nothing else in the yard. Seems like a no brainer for supposed pros. There were a wide variety of plants in these gardens, some of them had been there for many years. So of them quite valuable. I will not be able to enjoy these plants this year, they were quite thorough I'm sure they killed a few of them. They also randomly demolished a few planting on the other side of the house. If you use these guys or be prepared to go out and hold their hands.
