I enjoy using the coupon you receive when you donate, but note that it is a max $10 value only. Not a non-profit organization , this is very much a for profit company.

For a store with limited space, this place had pretty much everything and the prices were reasonable, too. I was most impressed with their selection of household goods and glassware - though, located in the front of the store along narrow aisles, I felt lucky to get through without accidentally breaking something. In the back was more household stuff, games/toys, and clothing. My friend found their locked jewelry cabinet and bought a lovely silver pendant, and I left with a couple of sewing-related odds-and-ends to add to my stash when we got home. This warehouse is filled with two-stories of second-hand goodies from the island. You'll find a large selection of kitchen gear, board games, winter items, and lightly-used treasures. They've done a great job separating each of the spaces, making individualized rooms and isles to showcase different categories of goods. There's a large space upstairs for all their outdoor and sports gear. I even saw a number of skis, boots, poles, and jackets that instantly caught my attention! The team here is incredibly kind and will help you hunt through their many isles for the perfect find.

Profits go towards a good cause so that's definitely a bonus compared to other for-profit thrift stores. There's also a free membership program where people can collect and redeem points. I've gotten brand name clothes for a few bucks here and brand name nice bags for $20-30. There's everything from clothes snd accessories, to household products and furniture. There are also gaming systems, instruments, books, baby items, beauty products and much more. They run rotating 50%+ off sales every day on different types of items Sometimes it'll be clothes, sometimes it's kitchen products, sometimes it's arts and craft items. They post the daily sales on their Instagram page so it's super convenient to look up what's on sale before going. I've also made a bunch of donations to the store - just drop off stuff in the bins behind the building during their collection hours.

I was under the impression that this organization follows through on commitments…read more I called to book a pickup and was originally told I was "out of the area" and probably wouldn't happen. I am in the same zip code!!! Finally talked to an "informed person" and got this scheduled. In the mean time another volunteer called to schedule (which was already done). Apparently lack of communication is a real problem amongst these volunteers. I worked very hard to make it simplier to take my items and don't appreciate the efforts I've made to be wasted, I don't have the luxury of free time, I need to move ASAP! On the day of the pick up (scheduled between 9-12), no one arrived. Then the call came it would be 1:30-2:00. That also didn't happen. Again, Dave called and cancelled completely too much stuff already in the store. Why didn't they notice that before agreeing to take my stuff in the first place. Unprofessional and rude to say the least! Suggestion: Don't accept assignments if you don't have the time or space to follow through. I rather doubt homeowners are calling and scheduling unless there is a real need for your services! Very disappointed in this organization and highly recommend if you need the services in a timely manner, best to look elsewhere.
