Elvina's estimate was quite a bit lower than the other estimate I got for hauling everything away, so that was the first thing that made me glad I called Elvina! She set an appointment with me and arrived promptly when she and her crew were expected. It only took them about 45 minutes to remove an entire truckload, and when they were gone they left our yard clean of any debris and looking awesome!!! Thanks Elvina and crew!! I will not be intimidated into removing my honest review. I will report any further threats to the COSPD and the BBB. This is a wildly inappropriate reaction to a bad Google review. When it took more than a full day to be answered in regards to my online quote request I was confused, and then after the full business day I was only told to call or text (no good number to text or anything). I was understandably confused, as the Google page specifically advertises online quotes as a service that is offered. When I reached out for clarification on services and sent the screenshots of the Google page to make sure the business had not accidentally turned the online quoting option On, the owner responded by being very unprofessional. I understand when you have health problems, but there is no excuse to be sarcastic and rude to a prospective customer who is only trying to get a quote. How is it your business why I can't call? I wanted it done that day and they were more than happy to meet my schedule and request. They started at 1:50pm and they were gone by 2:40pm. I had about 10 large or heavy items. They had tools and not only disassembled the items, but brought them downstairs and put them in their truck more efficiently than I've seen in my life. They were friendly, fast, professional, and got the job done. The price was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and I have no complaints. It's hard to find companies that are all those things. Oh and when I called to schedule I didn't have to wait days or weeks. From the time I got their number to the time they were here hauling the things away was 24 hours. Not only will I refer them to everyone I know, but no one else will get my business. It turns out that these people were full-on pushing furniture down the stairs in my building. 9 AM on a Saturday. I thought it was a resident initially so I came out to ask them how they thought that could possibly be okay, and found out it was a MOVING SERVICE. I'd highly recommend Haul All if you thoroughly hate everyone in your building and don't care about your furniture being pushed down the stairs. They then proceeded to park their rusting truck directly next to only the parking lot exit, obstructing the view of oncoming traffic on a busy road. Just absurd all around. No sense of courtesy or consideration for others. Edit: here's my response to the owner's reply: 9 AM is too early to throw furniture down the stairs. It's not normal to push furniture on a dolly down the stairs. If you read the review, you'd have seen the part where I said I spoke to them. It's illegal to park within 5 feet of any public or private driveway so they were parked illegally. There isn't anything insulting in here, just facts. Make an effort to run a respectable, courteous business and you won't get reviews like this. Nobody who is throwing furniture down stairs upsetting 30+ people is going to benefit from some "advice" and it's not my job to advise your employees on common sense. Wild response from you.
