I purchased the pack for $3.99 and then they can add helium for $1.50 per balloon. I only needed 6 blown up, so I pulled out the ones that I wanted and then the associate went into the back to inflate them for me. We found them easy to reach--no weird phone dialing options--and communicative. They gave us a day and a time estimate and were right on time to shred our items on site. Best of all?
