It was late in the day so I thought they would go out the next day but they said they could take care of it the same evening. I could pay online and didn't have to be there. They took a picture when they arrived and sent it to me. Then they took a picture to show me they were done. It took them no time at all and lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. They're a family-owned business and it shows. I had some questions and the owners, Trey and Christina, responded right away and didn't make me feel dumb for not completely understanding what to ask for. They didn't have a motorcycle hauling set up ready to go but we told them what we were trying to do and they custom built a motorcycle wheel truck from scratch with barely 24 hours notice! This bike belonged to my dad so I appreciated that extra effort to keep it safe so much. It got where it needed to go in one piece, we stayed in budget, and now we know where to go for help with some hauling projects we've been putting off! Definitely recommend.
