Everything look fine but now over 2 months later, I get a letter from a Tacoma law firm saying that Dean injured his knees while working on the siding when part of my deck supposedly collapsed. Dean wants compensation for this erroneous claim. First of all there was no deck collapse as Dean indicated. There is a 2000 plus pound hot tub right next to where Dean worked and it plus everything around it are standing as they always have.
