Variety is off the charts. Although we longed to stay and fellowship with the locals, they had us in and out like we were the chain restaurant. It just has that it factor. There is no better place for donuts than this! Early morning soft fresh and warm donuts and pastries with a cold milk hit the spot every time. We force ourselves to avoid this place or we'd look like walking marshmallows...but we can't resist 2 or 3 visits a week. I just do extra miles on the bike! Worth it! read more

Best donuts in Sherman! Our family loves the donuts from this place but I also use the for large bulk orders for different events, like VBS and things like that. We're even going to use their donuts for a wedding we're doing that the Bride wants a morning wedding with a brunch themed food service. I have consistently received the wrong order when going through the drive thru. This same worker has a hard time getting the orders correct when we go inside but I can at least catch it. We decided to give them one more try. This morning I didn't receive all of my order and ended up with the wrong donuts and our pig in the blankets were cold. She repeated the order to me and still did not get it right. I don't have time to go back EVERYTIME this happens. My grandkids and I would go here all the time, but I will no longer make this our donut shop. read more

Chocolate glazed with regular glaze under that is so good. It's double the sugar kick. Donuts are always soft. Kolaches are good with full pieces of sausage instead of cutting them in half like other places in town do (Southern Maid I'm looking at you!). Cake donuts are dense but soft. First stop of the morning and I was not expecting much when I approached the doorway. Stepped foot inside and found myself waiting in a long line. Folks were carrying donuts out of here by the dozens. Employees were bustling in the kitchen and the owner filled orders and greeted every customer, knowing many by name. Onto the donuts...having traveled the world, I have never had anything like these! The freshness is beyond words, glaze is perfect sweetness and thin and the dough is so light and fluffy that it melts in your mouth. Going to find a reason to go back here and very soon! The pigs in a blanket have the best dough, I don't know how to describe it but it's far more complex than any other place I have been too.
