The league, or versions of it, has been around for decades, and most boys (and more recently girls) played on a team at some point. Many of the games draw lots of spectators. It's definitely a lot of fun, I just don't usually stay to eat. The pizza I tried tasted like it was a frozen pizza honestly, and the wings I tried were apparently dry rub, and they were just too dry for me... go figure. I wish I had known here were different options for the wings (I forget what sauce it was, and I didn't specify so I got the dry). If I had to guess, it was a Cajun type. I do like their loaded fries though, and their quesadillas are pretty good, but if I remember correctly, the jalapeños in them were pretty spicy. Their bathrooms are always disgusting. Sometimes no toilet paper, the floor is always wet, sometimes the paper towel dispenser isn't working, and well today, the toilet itself wasn't even working. All the dirt from the baseball fields (plus there's an outdoor beach volleyball area) gets into the restaurant.

He's learned a bunch of new skills and tricks, and had a blast at the second week long session of their summer camp this year. Being in Delaware Park on Ring Road is really nice, with the only downside of course being that parking can be tricky sometimes, so you definitely need to be strategic for weekend games. Having DSC as a safe outdoor activity for him to get out and play during COVID has been a life saver.

So DSC is getting quite a lot of interest, and it's helping them move some of their cool but slightly overpriced soccer items for sale. The gym itself seems like it attracts a good crowd of motivated people and you can definitely feel the energy when you're working out. The owner seems to have a good sense of humor and guides people well in adjusting posture, etc. I'll update the review as I get more experience, but for now, I definitely recommend coming here to check it out if you're curious about CrossFit. They definitely emphasize safety and form!

He has brand new students do evaluations on you and I didn't like that. I mentioned that but nothing happened when I mentioned that to him. He never works with you one on one which is why I originally went there. It's like going to any other Physical Therapy place. The students that work with you are only there for a few months and then they leave and then you're with a new student that has no clue what the last person did with you. Doctor Miles doesn't do any follow up assessments during your treatment either and he can be a bit rude to you too.
