Upon entering, I witnessed a member of the club (I recognized him), a man about 5'10 in red shorts and a "Trump 2024" hat, harassing a Hispanic woman and her teenage daughter as she loaded groceries into her car. Men walked past this before me and into Crunch, notifying management. After the altercation ended with me, 5'2 29 y/o woman, getting in his face and telling him to "leave her alone" and that she "wasn't doing anything to him," I also reported this to management (it appears they were aware as it was happening and chose to do nothing) I was informed they were speaking with manager, Bella, whose resolution was "there's nothing we can do about it" and this man allowed to stay and workout at this location. This is not his first time harassing another human being, as I was told he followed another member home previously, enraged at him for hitting his vape in the gym. As I was going to leave, the man was sitting in his car in the parking lot for well over 30 minutes. I was scared to walk to my car, not wanting him to follow me. This man is unhinged and dangerous. Management was aware and chose to do nothing. Let this be a warning to any woman or other minority who frequents (or works at) this location, as you are likely working out with someone who wishes you harm and appears to be comfortable acting on that wish. And Crunch is okay with that. The sign on the wall, "We have the right to refuse service to anyone," is proof that doing nothing was a choice by this management team. Safety is not a priority here. "Silence in the face of oppression is complicity with the oppressor." I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. Stay safe and practice good morals, speak up even if your voice shakes

There are 2 different lanes, one is for checking out/exit (to keep the capacity count) and one is for checking in, which your temperature will be taken. I'm so glad that they have sanitizing areas throughout the gym where members wipe down the equipment before and after use. There's also a staff with cleaning equipment who constantly clean, ensuring that other surfaces are wiped down. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. Don't forget to wear your mask!!
