Have went there 3x. Each time the service was worse. Prices higher each time and I asked for the same style of gel with a fill.

Came in for a pedicure. Waited a hour because they kept taking clients in when there's only 2 employees working. They didn't say the wait time or anything. Called prior was told a basic pedicure was 30$. Charged 40$+. They MAKE you buy a nail kit which isn't advertised or anything. The place was dirty and when I finally got to the chairs for my pedicure. They looked as if they found them out of a dumpster. The pleather was peeling so bad it stuck to me. The water was almost as cold as it was outside. They weren't friendly and was aggressive towards my poor feet. The pedicure lasted only 10 mins and I left with my toes bleeding. She half assed the shit. They wanted to keep the door wide open knowingly it's 20 degrees out. Everyone was talking about how bad this place has gotten since Covid. But when I was here last year it wasn't this bad. What a shame. Wish the original owners would come back. Then when you go to pay with your card they say only cash. Like tf? You couldn't say that when I walked in? So they wanted me to leave after getting my pedicure drive across town to a ATM. Pull cash. Drive all the way back. Pay them. Then drive else where. read more

It was a very quick pedicure for $25. Staff are very nice I felt more time could have been taken on calluses etc.

The people were very nice, but the woman that did my pedicure was very forceful and was very heavy handed with my feet. I left there with sore toes, but the paint looks good. read more

The owner was nice. However the price is too high for the kind of job they do. The pedicure lady was AWFUL! Cut me, cut nails way too short! She was rude when I asked her to please be careful she cut me and it hurt! She was even rougher after I told her to please be more careful! The message was terrible! The pressure was very light and the lotion was cheap! Feet need a cream not a lotion! Place was filthy with flies all over! Worst polish job on my feet! They use the same file for every one nor do they clean the stations between clients. I wonder when the last time the state health board inspected this shop. It could be a great business if they make some changes. The pedicurist needs to go! Two of the woman are very rude. The polish job was so bad that I asked her not to finish and that I would finish at home. After a lot of traveling I was looking so forward to having this done. I should have read the reviews. I am not the only one who posted how rough the pedicurist is. You would think after all the complaints they would have worked on it. Sorry but not happy. read more
