During my manicure my nails were never clipped or cleaned, she only ever used a cardboard file and some cuticle scissors on me. I came home and they were still uneven, chipped and split, and my cuticles started bleeding and peeling the week after. I was upset but I used a gift certificate and didn't have the courage to say anything at the check out.
