This is my first time here and I will be back definitely, She did such an amazing job on my nail (manicure). She charged me $10 for my manicure which is a good price. Natalie was very thorough and made sure I was happy with my nails before I paid them. I hardly give bad reviews, but after spending so much money here last week I'm pretty mad, disappointed. I got my nails done last Saturday Feb 10, 2018 before Valentine's Day and they are breaking off already. When me and my daughter left both of our acrylics we're super sharp, I should have gone back that same day. Today, while at works effin nail came off, not even a week. Are you kidding me? I have been coming here for several months now and I can say that each person who works here is very pleasant. They also will take you last minute, charge fair prices, and are not too busy. The color selection isn't that amazing, however, I usually bring my own colors. I really enjoy getting my nails done here! read more

O wow! I'm surprised they had only three stars! thank goodness I did not read the reviews before coming because it may have tainted my image on the place :) well, on the contrary to what "Winny T." said, I actually thought they did a pretty great job at keeping the place up to par. Their painting of a tropical island and the nice lighting surely gave the place a nice ambiance. I walked in after my friends sister told me about the spot...So here I am toes looking all busted up (was about 3 weeks since my last pedi) I walked in and was immediately attended. I sat back on their massage chairs and started clicking away for the "perfect massage" although, those chairs are a nightmare. here, there, anywhere I think they feel horrible, not to mention the vibration is so loud. So I chose a magazine and soon enough after about 15 minutes set it down and enjoyed my me time! She massaged my legs and my feet for about 10 minutes (which is unheard of now!) I remember back in the days they would totally give you a rub down but now you have to pay for everything! Even the little scrub thing is like .. "ooh u wanna scrub? callus remove?" I'm like what?!?! Lady I dont have callus! ... but not here! They not only give me a great massage but used the little scraper thingy to make my feet extra smooth! I also got my nails done but they were just alright. it's been about a week now and they are getting snagged on my clothing so I may not recommend them for nails however their pedicures are the bomb! Not to mention you get to listen to a little Cyndi Lauper? Hell yeah! I was getting down to my true colors! they took credit cards as well and the sink to wash your hands was oh so pretty! It was a bowl with great water pressure and towels to dry off. Eco friendly! I highly recommend this spot. Looks clean and theres no bullet proof doors (like my last spot lol) I go where the service is good and I get more bang for my buck .. not to mention cleanliness is a huge factor.. don't wanna walk out with an extra toe! ;) best to make an appointment! read more

Took my daughter and her friend here for acrylic nails last Saturday for Winter Formal. This salon was accommodating by taking them last minute, they were also very friendly. They made an extra effort to see to it the girls were satisfied with their nails and color choices... both technicians were surprisingly fast in getting the nails done. We were very impressed with this business, and we will go back. My daughter had shorter acrylic with white tips, and her friend had longer acrylic with black tips and glitter accents. The ladies over at Endless Cuts Salon squeezed us in between hair cuts and when we found out they did brows as well, it was too late before their next appointments walked in right as we were getting out of the chairs so they recommended Hot Nails to us. Walking in the ladies immediately welcomed us. The nail salon is very clean... with the exception of the wax room. I'm not sure why that tends to be the catch all room at every nail/wax salon I've ever been to. We continues the mom and daughter date from the hair salon over to here and got our brows done. We were very pleased with her work. She was so thorough with the waxing and plucking to make sure she got every hair. The only annoying part is the baby oil used at the end to remove the wax residue. I understand why they do it, I just don't like that my brow area is shiny when I leave. Brow waxing was $10/person a bit more expensive than usual but with the thoroughness of her work, it was well work it. read more

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! She didn't trim down my nails at all before starting the new set of nails! Uneven and already broke due to how thin the nails were. I got my nails done 6 days ago!! There were bubbles everywhere and the lady doing my nails kept questioning my requests such as length of the nail and how I wanted them thicker. This whole process of getting a new set of acrylic nails took 2.5 hours!!! Never again will I go here! I don't know how this place has such a great rating! I'm pretty disappointed with this place. I came in a week ago for an acrylic full set of white tips. I was leaving town for the holiday weekend and wanted my nails done for a wedding I was going to. The day after I had them done the clear polish began to peel. After 3 days there was a chip in my right thumb nail and polish was peeling off every nail. I came back for new polish and repair today, a week after they were done, and was told that I should've called or come in within 2 days if there was a problem. After explaining that I've been out of town and this was my first opportunity to come by Natalie (who originally did my nails) explained that it's store policy to charge me for new polish and repair since its been more than 2 days. "You should've called us" was her final answer. I'm inclined to say that they don't use quality products here and will not honor the quality of their workmanship past 2 days. I've gone to other salons in the past who are more than happy to correct their mistakes free of charge. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I had an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon for a chronic problem with my right foot. I broke my left toe two weeks before the appointment and I didn't think I would be able to get a pedicure before I went. Natalie not only stayed late to do it the night before my appointment she manages to not hurt me even once I love her, her work, her willingness to help out any way she can. Thanks again, Natalie. I LOVE this salon! Natalie is awesome. It's not the fanciest place but you'll get great service. You won't be rushed out and treated like another number. Prices are reasonable and fair, she doesn't try to hustle you into buying extra treatments. Takes her time and does a great job. I've been coming to Natalie for 8yrs now.
