I'd give them 0 stars if I could at this point. I was getting my nails done by Bi for about 5 years and he AlWAYS charged me different prices for no reason. With one lame excuse after the next. Multiple times, Bi would insult my nail shape by calling the square ugly and wide. Bi I was not paying you for your opinion. Get it! So now is my time to speak up. The last time I was there be almost refused to do my nails the way I wanted. I do not want gel x and that cheap crap you offer. I also wasn't paying your wife Vy to do my nails cause she sucks. Yet you always had her start it off until I said no. She always cut my cuticles when drilling me. I personally think on purpose because for what ever reason they hate square. Said they don't buy square tips because they are ugly. Ugly was a common word he said to me when doing my nails. Anyways... the last time I was there Bi was very aggressive with me by being rude, cutting my cuticles , and burning my hand with the hot towel by pressing it into my skin for about a minute. I would not give you the satisfaction knowing you were hurting me so a smiled wide in your face. Thankfully you cannot delete my review He charged me $85 dollars that day for acrylic with gel and some dumb unicorn powder that cost like $7 for the entire container. I texted you privately after the fact letting you know my disappointment in how you treated me and you never even responded let alone apologized. Shame on you as a business man. So because you couldn't handle it privately I'm taking it public. And I've waited a LONG time to write this review. Earlier this February was the First time I came to this nail spa, they took me in right away on a 9am last minute appointment before a wedding! I came with my sister and they "nailed" the designs that we wanted with ease. They are all so kind, and work really fast! Came here for the first time recently and got a pedicure. Despite coming during a busy saturday afternoon, they were able to take me and got started on my pedicure pretty quickly! Got the basic pedicure, which came with a little massage and lotion and hot towel in addition to the pedicure itself, which was nice. Only reason that I have to give 3 stars is that I got nicked when they were trimming/cleaning up my cuticles (they pulled the skin too far back and I felt it hurt me). I was a little worried about that wound and I don't think they sprayed it with any alcohol (which I guess I could've asked for). Now I have an infection on my big toe where that injury happened. :( the area is red and inflamed. Currently trying to treat it at home. Sad because the folks were nice and this place is decently priced ($25 for basic pedicure), but I'm not sure if I will come back. read more

ZERO STARS. getting your nails done should be a relaxing experience, not a painful one. I have been getting my toes done for well over a decade and never have I wanted to get up out the chair and leave. I received a pedicure that made me want to kill my self. The electric filer was used to take off my previous nail polish from my toes..... the lady burned all the skin around every SINGLE NAIL. I said multiple times that it was burning and nothing was done. They just spoke in their language back and forth and then they proceeded to ask if I had sensitive skin... like no girl you're literally filing my skin off with the machine. Then to top it off, i got french tip so she needed to use acetone on every nail to shape the french tip and it was burning my already tender skin. I seriously wanted to walk out and leave but im not that type of customer. However, no compensation or even an apology was made. Will NOT be coming back here. Tammy took care of me and suggested I do tip with dipping powder to help me grow out my short nails (had acrylics that messed up my nails). THANK YOU TAMMY! I went three weeks and my color was perfect the entire time, no chipping or lifting or weird yellow color (I got white). I just got my nails done today again, and she outdid her self again. Taking off the gel was a breeze and my nail-beds are long and heathy under. Yay! :) So happy she introduced dipping powder to me, I'm super happy and the colors are so nice! Everybody that works there is nice and do a good job. My pedicures have been great as well. I actually witnessed a "Karen" today who was complaining about her nails and even brought the nails that she cracked and popped off in a ziploc back (who does that??), so it sucks that they have people who try to get free work or discounts, but their work speaks for itself and I'm definitely a happy client! Last week they purchased an existing salon called Essence Nails and Spa which they changed the name to LV Nails and Spa. Prices are modest and comparable to other salons, however the service and professionalism that both Vy and Bi provide set them apart from their competition. Even though LV nails and spa is a further drive from the previous salon I went to, it's worth it for me! Bi understands many different nail shapes, his work is clean and precise, and he is quick. I had an awful experience. Usually they put your nails under a light to dry them. As soon as they were done they told me to go so they weren't even dry. The got messed up right away obviously even tho I was super careful so I went back in and they are still messed up. I paid almost $100!!
