First of all they list their prices nowhere, they literally charge you for every single thing. I mean if you go to get your nails done, is shaping the nails not part of the service? They charged me $15 to shape my nails telling me it's "new shape". They also charged $15 for chrome and then they charged $5 to take off previous gel and $15 for new gel. I came in wanting nails that look like jade with beautiful gold details and pearls. Instead my nail tech kept showing me colors that looked nothing like what I wanted and asking me if it was okay. I was there for over an hour and my color wasn't even put on yet. Instead of picking out the colors to recreate the photo I wanted she asked me over and over for me to pick and by the time she put the colors on it looked nothing like what I came in asking for. It's the artists job to recreate the phone not the clients. When she put the colors on I hated them and asked to do just plain red. After being there for an hour and a half I left with plain red short nails and glue all over my fingers. The actual application isn't even good. I'm beyond disappointed. read more

This is an update regarding my last visit about 2 weeks ago. I came in on a weekday morning for a manicure and was able to get serviced immediately. The store was clean and cutely decorated for Christmas and they provided me a complimentary beverage. I got the French tip gel manicure and my nails are still in perfect shape! I got gel x done here on March 29th, all of my nails have fallen off as of April 1. The first nail fell off on March 30th. I am on a trip so I cannot go get it fixed. Nails were coming off as she was doing them, and I insisted that this will not work, but another technician said it will work out. I'm used to coming here for pedicures, but I'm not going to even come here for that because my pedicure is already chipping off. I'm really upset because we went back-and-forth on this and they did not listen to me. So I will not be coming back here and I will not be recommending them to my family and friends, especially before a big trip. So much for being Fendy and trendy. I pay for better nails from my nail technician for the same price. I haven't been here in years and wanted to give it a try but they charged me 15 to remove my gel on my pedicure and 30 for the pedicure. They didnt soak off my nails so it took longer than it needed. Her application for the acrylic overlay is so thick and isnt touching my cuticle so the polish application doesn't look nice. I'm sad and I couldn't tip sadly because both services cost 100$ total and that's all my cash. I won't be back. I wish Derek still worked here he was my favorite! I always get the lemonade but I've seen others get an iced coffee drink and even champagne. I'd like to shout out my nail technician, Nina. I have visited this place about 10 times now. Each visit is the same, in a good way. I value consistency. First off, it's clean and bright. It's always decorated beautifully - and during the holiday season it really shines. When you come with a friend they try to seat you together for the service which is nice as most places don't care or don't try to do so. They offer a self-service candy bar at the front right when you walk in. Help yourself to a nice selection of candy to eat while you're relaxing during your service. You also get one free beverage (they have Vietnamese coffee, sodas, water). I have only come for gel pedicures so I can't comment on any other service. The pricing is competitive, baseline is $35 and it goes up. Every service you want adds a little more $ - callus removal, more massage time, hot towel wrap, etc - If you're getting gel add $10 to each package you pick. If gel French manicure add another $5 on top of that. I have worked with a lot of nail techs there (I don't have a preference) and they've all done a great job. They are all kind, considerate, and never make you feel rushed no matter how busy they get. *their foot massages are the only downside. They have all been weak. I like a good strong foot massage and I've never gotten one here. I believe the owners work the front reception (a male and a female who are always there and seem authoritative) and they are always so polite and nice when greeting you and checking you in. They also walk the floor and wipe down windows, fluff pillows, offer you drinks. It really adds a nice touch. Is getting your nails done pricey? Yep. Does it feel worth it coming here? Yes. I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years and never once have my acrylics, gel, dip powder, or Gel X nails lasted more than two weeks. I always thought it was because I work a lot with my hands, they're often wet, or maybe I just don't take care of them properly. Ever since I started going to Sophia, that completely changed. I've been seeing her for about five months now and every set has been flawless. My nails never lift, never break, and grow out beautifully. Sometimes I even wait just to see how long they'll last, and honestly, if I didn't have events or things to do, I think they'd last until they completely grew off my nail bed. Sophia has done acrylics, Gel X, and this new tapping gel on me, and every single one has lasted three to four weeks or even longer. I've been here maybe 5-7 times for a full set or waxing. They are always professional, friendly, and fast. They always answer the phone and are good with walk-in's on a weekday. Everything is super clean, and they're one of the few nail salons that I see uses proper sanitation for pedicures. You can go to most of their nail techs and turn out with a great design. I really wanted to like Fendy Nail Salon because of the convenient location and last-minute availability, but unfortunately, the gel manicure I received chipped in less than a week. For context, my last gel manicure from another salon lasted almost two full months without a single chip--only needing a refresh due to nail growth. The difference? My previous nail tech was meticulous. She capped the edges properly and even explained what she was doing to ensure the gel bonded securely. Her work held up beautifully. At Fendy, the technician did not cap the edges at all, which is basic technique for long-lasting gel. When that step is skipped, it compromises the durability of the manicure. It makes me wonder if this is intentional to get clients to return sooner than necessary. If you do choose to come here, I strongly recommend asking them to cap the edges of your nails. A gel manicure should last well beyond a few days. Lesson learned--I'll be going back to my regular tech who does it right, even if it takes a little more effort to get on her schedule. read more

Fendy appointments are a gift I give myself. Lash extensions review: if you have ever considered getting lash extensions, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Jolie. I wouldn't trust anyone else with glue near my eyes - see my before and after picture to highlight that even those of us with very thin and sparse lashes can rock a natural looking extension! Nail review: I often go with a friend for quick manis (gel dip nails) and love that it makes it easier to feel put together no matter what the work or personal life brings during the week. I've tried their manis and pedis on the chairs, have done nails with and without tips, have had friends do the chrome over their nails (extra coat but looks stunning), acrylic, gel, ombre dip...it's all good. I love that I can make appointments online if I don't want to talk to a human. You check in on a tablet when you get there and have a few chairs as a waiting area. They offer complimentary beverage, but they are also ok if you bring your own (I'll sometimes stop at the nearby coffee shop). All the technicians seem very knowledgeable and competent, and if there is something you don't like are very accommodating about fixing anything (please tell them when you first notice and don't wait till the end). I think I'll try some designs next time I go. We had an appointment for pedicures and we went with the package deal C I believe and it was $50. They didn't offer me a mimosa which apparently comes with the package because they saw I had brought in my coffee by the time I realized this I was already done. I didn't care for the constant nagging and eyerolls for us to purchase the upgrades it made my experience here unpleasant. We were very clear on what we wanted for our appointment. When we didn't go for the upgrades I felt the work on our pedicures were rushed and we didn't get the full experience others have rated 5 stars. I understand everyone's experience is different. Ive been at Fendy 3 times. the first time, it was for a pedicure but felt a little rushed and the cleaning could've better but the lady was friendly. My friend and I felt optimistic about this new spot. The second time , I brought another friend and her daughter to get my friends 30th birthday nails done. Service wasn't as attentive, they weren't patient since it did get busy. My friend did hands and feet, she only wanted one lady doing her nails that wasn't the case. I did dip powder. Unless your okay with being charge for shape ( it doesn't make sense to me so) than by all means to each their own. My 2 friends never went back. I went to get a pedicure on Thursday July 16, 2026. I was there for a hour and 20 minute for their signature pedicure service. Longer than expected but I assumed the nail technician was taking her time. The following day, I had a toenail that was red, bumpy, looked like I got an internal cut and swollen on that side. I ended having to go back again. I went on Saturday and checked in with Julie, told her my issue but than she cut me off and told me to take a seat, and instead spoke to her colleague in their native language. I was calm, trying to explain to Julie and the nail technician but Julie said , "put your feet there, I've told you so many times but you don't listen," as she walked away. The nail technician "cleaned it," less than 3 minutes and just applied hydrogen peroxide with Neosporin . Called it a day. I don't ever leave reviews. I simply just don't go back. But my toenail got infected, I still have this issue but I've been doing my due diligence in cleaning it every night/day. It's been A WEEK, I'm still dealing with it. Not once was my friends nor I were rude nor gave attitude. Julie was unprofessional and spoke to me in a matter that was NOT necessary and although there's a language barrier. Ladies, you can read body language and face expressions... I'm the one dealing with a messed up toe and your not willing to hear what I have to say.... okay? Within the the fancy white interior, is really just multiple TVs playing videos of Mr. Bean videos. Just kidding but not really. They're always playing those. LOL. They have a wide selection of colors and different services from a more affordable and simple pedicure to a more -costly-but-worth-it-scrubworthy pedicure. For manicures, I've done gel and my first powder here. Both of which stayed on for at least 2-3 weeks. Prices are pretty reasonable too.
