The woman that was doing my set clearly didn't know how to do what I asked for. The ombré isn't smooth, very choppy. Looks like someone from the university tried, not a licensed professional. She spent forever filing my nails down, and going over the ones that clearly didn't look good. The sides of my mail bed are raw, I had to tell her to just stop. There's so much topcoat all over my fingers it looked like glue. Then she wanted to file that off too. The only person that knows how to do nails is Ty, and she doesn't do appointments (I asked).
