Today I got a pedicure, my eyebrows waxed and a full-set. After my nails were done and I looked at them, I realized just how bad they looked. They were not the shape I asked for, the weren't all the same shape, there were lumps of acrylic, one was crooked at the cuticle and the color and design was awful. My first approach was nice. I asked Mr. Lee to fix them and he was extremely rude. Refused to fix anything and repeatedly said "It not my problem". I paid $60 just to have to find some where else to soak off a fresh set and redo them because they were so bad. read more

I did my nails with Lily and asked for 3D designs and multiple colors. She did them perfectly and they are exactly what I wanted. She worked well and very efficiently. Will be booking with her again and I recommend others do too!! read more

I came in and ordered a sugar scrub pedicure, the lady that was doing my nails rushed it and even peeled the skin off my left foot! On top of hurting me she had no intentions of doing a decent job she tapped my toe nails with the instruments they use and just kept moving along barely even cleaning them. I will not be coming back again and I recommend others to go elsewhere! read more

Not a good experience. I just got a manicure and pedicure. They don't use nail polish remover to remove polish instead they used drills and this was painful for me since I have very short natural nails. I left with dry brittle scuffed up nails. read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. 1) I've never bleed while having a set done. The tech over worked my thumb, I said ow and pulled back yet he kept going till I bled. 2) I've never been charged a 'shaping fee'. That is utterly ridiculous. Part of having a full set done is having them shaped. 3) I wasn't told there was an extra ten dollars for the length I chose. In total, I had 15$ worth of hidden fees. I don't mind paying 70$ to have a full set but this isn't 70$ quality. When I hold my nails to the light, they're see through! There's bumps on my thumb nail. This isn't 70$ quality. Plus I have nail polish on my knuckles. In top of it, the staff were rude. They literally dropped the nail color picker in front of me instead of handing it to me like anyone else would've done. I requested a sugar scrub pedicure and ended up getting the paraffin. My water was border line cold with no turbulence. Its like my feet were sitting in soup. They did not soak and he immediately started working on one and it was barely wet. I told him on 3 different occasions i had an ingrown and even pointed to it and it was not addressed. I could barely feel him touching me when he was working around my cuticles. I expect a little discomfort but there was nothing. After he painted my nails, the light stuck to my nails on one foot. At no point did he act like he understand anything i was saying. I don't have a problem with not having a conversation with the technician but at least understand the services I'm requesting. My daughter was with me and really hyped up the business, but i won't be going back. ​ read more

I Told The Guy In The Beginning That I Didn't Like The Arch Nail Look And He Said He Would Fix It But Didn't. Then When He Went To Put The Color On It I Told Him Again I Don't Like The Nails To Be Angled Down Like That And I Thought He Was Going To Fix It And He Said There's Nothing He Could Do Because Of The Tips He Put On Them Which Was Why I Said Something At First. I Then Talked To Mr Lee who Did My Nails Before And He Said The Same Thing And I Was Still Charged $35 For Something I Specifically Said I Didn't Like In The Beginning Before He Started Applying Acrylic Or Anything. This Was Very Disappointing Considering I Loved The First Set I Had From Them But After This I WILL NOT Be Back. I Don't Recommend Them To Anyone read more

Initially, they were quite good and efficient. however they had advertised a 10% discount but would not acknowledge or offer it at the time until I showed them their online ad and seem to act as though they knew nothing about it. Another time I requested a fill in with only polish which I provided but was charged for gel which in the past was a $10 less for simple polish but not this time. I also went one other time to only have only polished removed; which was gel but they wanted $30; needless to say I went elsewhere for $10. I must say though even when busy they are quick to get you seated and it is a pretty salon. read more

my first visit with Nina was the best but I went back yesterday and my experience was terrible whoever the guy in booth 4 needs to do better not only did he trash my nails he cough the whole time.i just got a simple gel set polis and he couldn't even do that right read more

Took my mom to get her a regular pedicure. She's had problems with her feet and toenails (dry/cracked skin) for years, but said that the nice young man who worked on her feet did a great job and didn't hurt her at all like the last place did in the mall. Thanks for taking care of my mom! The only reason I gave four stars is because kids aren't allowed in there. read more

Walked in for the first time here and I was greeted very nicely. I sat down for a pedicure and the lady that did mine was so gentle and made conversation with me. I normally feel left out at most Chinese businesses since they always talk in Chinese between each other and you feel like they're talking crap about you, but the staff here was different! First let me start out with this is my second time at this shop. The first time with Cindy was awesome. She is extremely nice and does good work. Fast forward until 6/29/22. The manager or who ever sits in the chair next to the cash register. He is extremely rude and nasty. I called his shop at 4:51 and asked if they had availability for a soak off- full set and a pedicure. He stated yes come now. Cool I get there about 15 minutes later and informed them I was the one who just called. Well they sent me to the pedicure chair and I already knew something was off because they usually put the things on your fingers to soak off the other nails. I mentioned to the guy who was doing my pedicure that it was weird they sat me in the pedicure chair first. The guy who was doing my pedicure told me to sit in the chair and wait. Waited for a few minutes the manager who answered the phone asked me if I was getting my eyebrows done I said no I'm waiting for my nails. He instantly caught an attitude. He started being really rough clipping the other nails off instead of the soak off. So cool he then takes another nail and starts to rip the previous nails off causing me pain. I had to snatch my hand back four times and he kept being aggressive. I asked him by him taking my nails off like this wouldn't it cause damage to my nail bed. The manager disregarded my question and told me to wash my hands. At this point the customer service was out the window. The lady next to him started talking about me in their native language. I told him my middle finger crooked and he needs to watch how he puts it on. Not once did I raise my voice or disrespect him. Well he then states that my nails were going to be $150 just for my nails. I told him why is that? He tried to upcharge me for the poor service I was receiving. Well he refused to continue doing my nails and stated to pay for my toes! Never in the history have I ever been kicked out a nail salon let alone for the terrible service that I received. He left a portion of the nails he put on my fingers. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVE 50 minutes away just for mail service!! Don't recommend anyone to get their nails done here. Maybe next time verify with the customer as to what she is getting and don't assume!
