The facility is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and even the parking situation is surprisingly easy -- which already feels like a win in LA. But the real standout is Gabriel Guadalajara and his Killer Core class. WOW. Gabriel is phenomenal. Every single class is thoughtfully designed with a unique combination of exercises that challenge not just your core, but your entire body. Be prepared to sweat... a lot in the best way possible. What I love most is how Gabriel brings together mind, body, and spirit during the 50-minute workout. It's more than just fitness -- it's empowering. Love, Love Hot Pilates. Taking classes with Devon and Rachel really made our two week stay in LA. They both had such good cuing and I was able to follow thru and execute the moves. It was so hard but in a good way. I felt that my 60+ year old waist got "snatched" I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to work out but daughter found this place thru Class Pass and boy was I happy. I was able to take the first class thru the Class Pass but I liked it so much that I upgraded to the two week unlimited classes that was offered. It was such a good deal. My first time doing Pilates ever! I had such an amazing experience and everyone was so inspiring and kind. The music playlist was on point and all materials are provided except for grip socks. After your hot mat workout you get a cold towel with essential oils on it, omg I was reborn. Everything is so clean and there's many benefits for first timers. I signed up for this class randomly and when I got here I realized that this is the same studio I've seen paparazzi pics of Selena Gomez, Hailey Bieber, and Kendall Jenner coming here. Parking is CHEFS KISS. PAINLESS IN WEHO. Plenty of parking! This class is INTENSE. It's HOT. I've taken this class twice and I love the weight incorporations. The ball is a little difficult when I'm literally so sweaty and wet that the ball literally slips away in between my thigh. The band works out the inner and outer thigh intensely. The music is banging so just gotta remember to move your body, have a little fun, let loose and dance a bit. But this is such an intense workout. I've been to hot yoga before and I love it but hot Pilates is a whole different type of burn. I can't wait to be back. First of all, I gotta give kudos to where it's due: PARKING! I come from the Los Feliz area and rarely come to West Hollywood unless I have to because the parking situations give me anxiety but this place has a big beautiful parking lot that takes all that worry away so yay! Sunset plaza parking - you are amazing. Now onto Hot Pilates: I LOVE it here. I came here once and then got offered the 2 week unlimited deal for $100 and took them up on it. From my first interaction when I emailed and asked them to honor the deal later since I was traveling, they were so helpful and was happy to. I went about 6-7 times during then and had a great experience every time, from the front desk to the instructors. I love how each class has different focuses (upper body and abs, Pilates sculpt, lower body, etc) so I get variety everytime and everytime it kicks my butt in the best way. I think my 2 fave instructors have been Laurel and Domonique - both super encouraging and have great flows. Their teaching styles really work for me. Price-wise, it's exactly what I expect for a fitness studio in West Hollywood and for the results you'd get if you were consistent, I'd say it's worth it. You get free mat and towel usage, the studio is very clean, you get great FREE parking, and the staff are wonderful. I would definitely take them up on any class specials they offer if you do want to save some money. They recently had a 10 for $100 class deal which I just signed up for and am excited to use! The classes can be really fun and challenging, but the studio and the mats/towels everyone is using are so so gross. Like when you walk into the room it just reeks of mildew and sweat. The mats/towels they encourage you to rent smell rank. Really detracts from what are actually great workout classes. I will never return to this studio. I called and notified front desk that I was having an issue enrolling for a class through ClassPass and asked if there's a way to sort it out because my friend registered too and it was too late to cancel without the fee. The girl over the phone said, she'd have the manager call me but there wasn't an issue and to "come on in, we'll take care of you. The class is not full". The manager never called and I showed up just as I was told to do. The Manager was there. She was completely uninterested in helping. She kept saying sometimes they don't get the messages in time for a call-back. I told her I didn't leave a voicemail, I spoke to staff. They didn't take care of me, they didn't honor the ClassPass and told me there are limited available spots for that membership. I told them that it was unprofessional because I only came all that way because they said it wasn't a problem and only one person with ClassPass had taken a spot. The Manager did not honor what the reception had promised me. She just insisted that I had to pay. I ended up paying for a drop-in class. I never would have done that if I wasn't with a friend. A business like this doesn't deserve my business. I didn't want to spoil it for a friend or waste an hour waiting for her to be done. I was the ride. The attitude was horrible and entitled. I truly would never recommend this studio. I have been to many friendly studios. This was horrible. Aside from this, the face towel smelled horrible and the experience wasn't great. I love the full body workouts that targets everything: abs, butt, arms, full body. I recently attended a heated Pilates class at this studio and had a mixed experience. While the studio allows you to bring your own yoga mat, felt like I was treated differently bc didn't pay $6 for the mat, and ended up being placed with a spot right by the door that had very limited space for my arms and legs, all the other better spots were taken up with the studio's mats... not so nice. The workout session itself was only 40 minutes long even though supposed to be 50 minutes, felt a bit short for a Pilates class. Additionally, a couple in front of me was kissing and engaging in inappropriate touching throughout the whole session, which was distracting and really uncomfortable and no one made any comments about it or asked them to stop, instead trainer showed a girl some special attention by correcting her postures and making sure she has the best experience from the class. SCAMMY AND RUDE. I've gone to a few hot Pilates studio in Los Angeles and I've never had such a bad experience that I felt the need to leave a review. First off, when I arrived and reached to open the door the instructor locked it without even looking up and continued having a conversation with someone while blocking the door for five minutes. When she finally opened the door it was to let someone out which she bluntly said to me "studio isn't ready" and shut the door on me. There were at least 3 people working. Then when I entered, I checked in and they front desk showed me to the room and explained the mats and towel are only for paying customers, as if because I booked through ClassPass I was ripping them off. They left a space for me next to the cubbies to set out my mat so the whole beginning and end of class everyone was stepping over me to get to their stuff. If the workout was good, I would have let it be but it was not. There was only space for two rows of mats and every space was taken up. The room only had one mirror and the instructor didn't even move around to show the exercises. Because I was in the back corner and there were no mirrors on the sides of the room, I had to twist my body whenever we were on our side to see the movement as she stayed on her own mat the entire time. There was also someone right in front of me recording herself the entire lesson and I was definitely in the video which made me uncomfortable. However, the real kicker is that I left a negative one star review on ClassPass indicating this experience and they went back and marked me as a no show so I was charged for "not showing up" and the review on ClassPass disappeared. In turn, I was charged a cancellation fee. That plus the credits I paid for to attend the class is literally more expensive than buying the class directly from them. Super dirty move and scammy. And honestly, this checks out with the experience I had with the instructor Dominique Louvere. read more

The Manager (woman) at the front desk was very rude. She uphold me $20 socks and said they were mandatory - as soon as I got into my class I noticed 4 people not wearing these "mandatory" socks. She lied to make extra money off of me. If she does reply back to this review I'd like her to explain why she can enforce a rule on me but not anyone else, just because I'm a new client. First impressions are supposed to be good. She also misled me about not being able to canceling my class. She said it's not possible for her to cancel my class pass even though I've had businesses cancel and refund me before. I've done hot yoga before and never was forced to wear cheap oversized socks - seriously, they are extra large and made out of flimsy material. Usually hot yoga places rely on a mat and towel on the mat for your safety and your comfort - they never try to sell you $1 quality socks for $20. This manager made me late to class while taking her time stressing me out and also took her time processing the payment. My class was 30 min instead of 45. With stress. Thank you so much ! read more

The check in was not welcoming. I came through LA traffic, going through 2 detours, and rain all the way from the valley to attend this class. Even though left super early, I was late not 10 minutes, not 20 minutes, only 3 minutes over the 5 minute grace period and they would not make an exception since I would, "disrupt the class." Saying that I should have shown up earlier. Despite my efforts to avoid the fee on Class Pass, they only checked me in to but not join the class. was very disappointed that they would not let me participate especially as I was excited beforehand and this was my first impression of them. If you are coming from the valley or you're unfamiliar with LA drives, this place is not worth to go to. They are not beginner friendly at all, as I came there for the first time. I did not want to go home yet as it was an hour and a half going back with traffic. I was fortunate that there was a Signature Crunch Gym location near by that sympathized with my situation and I got to feel so much better after my work out. 18 classes later and I've lost 10 lbs. have longer leaner legs & am both mentally & physically completely changed. I cannot recommend coming here enough, they have an incredible deal for $100 unlimited month, which dedicating a 5 days a week for a month you're basically paying $100 for a completely new body. Arielle, Shannon& Shana are some of my most frequent instructors but there is not a single instructor there that I haven't taken and would personally recommend. I used to do Barry's Bootcamp and although the workouts were great, I tend to be very habitual and like to go to workout to mentally release at least 5xs a week and hot Pilates is the only thing I can do that frequently and not get even remotely bulky. I'm honestly amazed at house much my body has been able to change in only 18 classes. And I saw huge improvements after only 10. I hate to tell the world how amazing it is and have all my classes end up sold out haha, but I mean it's so amazing that I honestly feel obliged to tell other people that they need to try it. read more

After just running a marathon, my body was in need of a good workout, sans running. I had bikram in mind but my friend had mentioned a new hot pilates studio that opened up which sounded very intriguing so next thing I know, we were on our way to the 7:30p Pilates 101 class. We arrive at Sunset Plaza and the studio entrance is inside the parking lot making it very convenient. We parked (for free) and walked inside and was greeted by two really sweet girls, later finding out that one of them was the owner of the studio! We both signed up and got 1 week unlimited free to try out. The entire space is really clean and beautiful..large glass vases with flowers, racks of studio gear for purchase, Juice Served Here juices for sale (THE BEST), and Malin & Goetz candles (which made the entire studio smell sooo good) and hand soap in the bathroom (they had some of their products for purchase as well). They handed us mats and towels and we put our stuff away in the shelving units under the bench. Then our class started. The class was pretty full but the room is large and spacious so it didn't feel cramped at all. The instructor was awesome at teaching us the basics of pilates and also making sure each of us were doing the poses correctly (this was a huge plus for me). The room was not pass-out-bikram-hot (thank goodness) but it was hot enough to make me sweat which is exactly what I wanted. Always looking for a happy medium and I think I finally found it! After looking at the schedule, there are so many other classes I want to take! Pilates booty, yoga-lates, and pilates barre, to name a few. They have an introductory special going on right now as well - $50 for 1 month unlimited classes. That with the free parking will hopefully turn me into the best shape I've ever been in, because running marathons does not get you a 6-pack. Excited and can't wait to tell all my girlfriends! Not to even mention a place I would call a home for my teachings. Hot Pilates has so many fabulous teachers and amazing options of classes: there are two of us that teach a yoga-lates, and a variety of amazing pilates classes. I love that my body is constantly surprised by the instructors! Believe me: if it weren't an amazing studio, I would not be teaching there. I tried out this place using a Gilt City voucher. I'm a big fan of heated classes, and really enjoyed it here. I took three classes offered there: Yogalates - This was pretty much a typical hot yoga class, very relaxing. Pilates Barre - This was more intense, and incorporated moves I hadn't tried in pilates or ballet barre classes before. It was so crazy I thought I might pass out at one point, but the teacher was very nice and not condescending, and suggested I take a break for a bit. Hot Pilates - This was more traditional mat pilates. I was the only one who was in the class, and the kind owner still taught the whole thing, just one on one. Pros: Lots of free parking Clean, brand new studio Immaculate bathrooms Lockers with built in locks Nice amenities, like Malin Goetz products, deodorant, free towel and mat service Cons: I wish they had more classes on the weekends The Yogalates class wasn't as hot as I would like it to be I took a "hot shot" offered before one of the classes, it was like a jalapeno juice shot and it made me feel sick, but that was kind of my own fault for drinking it. I am obsessed with this hot Pilates class! I needed a new workout and decided to try this one off of class pass - it was the best decision ever. The studio is classy and elegant in all white decor. All the amenities are comparable to a spa and the ladies who work at the front desk are so friendly and helpful on your first day. They gave me a tour and set me up with a mat and a towel. The class itself is awesome. It's challenging, calming, and energizing all in one. The room is set at 90 degrees which is nice because you end up leaving class feeling like you just had a relaxing massage on your whole body. And the moves are complicated enough to challenge you but but simple enough so you can follow them easily. The instructor is so friendly and helpful. She made it a point to ask if anyone had injuries or if it was our first class. And gave me modifications since I have a wrist injury. There's no doubt that the workout is intense and good - it was tough and I felt my muscles W O R K I N G. That being said, this studio really tries to milk every bit of money from you. For one, I was told that after my first class I'd have to start renting out a mat and I don't know if you can even bring your own to not have to pay that cost. Secondly, they force you to wear grip socks and which seemed a little odd for me considering it was floor pilates (but I could be wrong) so you end up buying overpriced socks from there. They definitely have a clientele that they cater to (instagram models for sure) and it's a little small so after classes you're kind of crammed into a hallway which makes getting in and out hard. Came here with a friend earlier and in the beginning of the class I checked my phone one last time because my mom is in the hospital so I'm on call. As soon as I pull it out to check any missed calls, the instructor comes and takes my phone away. Also took another persons phone away during the class just for glancing at it. NOWHERE does it say a warning for use of cell phones or anything, if that was the case I would've checked my phone outside to avoid any confrontation. I was extremely skeptical to visit this studio because I absolutely can't stand heat. However, I decided to try it out anyways because it had the convenience of a shower and parking. Once I got into the heated room my nerves began to kick in as I prayed I wouldn't pass out. Though warm it wasn't uncomfortable and I was able to follow along with the exercises. The motions are small yet they give you the biggest burn leaving me drenched from head to toe. You know that song cry me a river? Yeah, I was singing that except I was singing sweat me a river. Though I felt hot and gross - the sweat actually felt really good and refreshing. I would definitely come back especially for a challenge and good sweat.
