We were coming from out of town for a special event and took a chance on this company. Sophie is amazing and responsive. Made suggestions for restaurants and timing for our 25th anniversary celebration that were perfect. The driver arrived late for pick up and didn't know where he was going. Had to check GPS and directions with us the whole way. Driver was not as polished in opening doors, communication as a I would expect. Company followed up, took our concerns to heart, and I would definitely use them again. I would request a more seasoned driver. read more

Outstanding Service!! This is the first time I have used thiS Limousine service for a family trip. We did not want to have to park at the port for our cruise and so Bob at Hot Rayz, gave us a great price (military discount) for the limo. We asked for the black charger that seats 10 and the driver Jose was early, professional and knew exactly where we were headed. No worries when you hire this company. They think of everything. I wanted to bring champagne and sparking cider so they had ice, glasses and bottled water ready when they arrived. The limo was clean and lots of fun. Our kids had a blast since they had never been in one and our luggage was well taken care of. Doing business with this company is like doing business wIth close family. The driver on the way back, Pat, was the utmost professional, and also arrived early and had ice and bottled water waiting! He was at the port when we got off the ship and ready to help us in any way possIble. I am thrilled to have booked them and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I bought one gift for my sister's wedding: A limo ride with her new husband from their wedding to their hotel. Despite handing him a Garmin with pre-programmed directions, the driver not only took them to the incorrect hotel, but got out and literally stomped his feet as I've seen toddlers do. He made them so uncomfortable, that they felt obligated to be overly nice. And even slipped him a $10 at the end. The next morning, I heard the real story of their "awful" experience. While I wasn't there to witness it, I wouldn't recommend spending a dime with this company. Who refused to even refund me the $10, since gratuity had been paid for - by me - prior to the driver, who was easily over 6' and rather intimidating even to me, scaring the crap out of my family. Do not go there. And, Owner? Do not contact me unless you are having your lawyer serve me for "defamation of character" as you so blatantly threatened in response to my honest complaint and then promise to post this review on the internet. We were fortunate enough to have wonderful friends rent a limo for our 20th anniversary celebration. Total surprise!!! They contacted this wonderful company and specified what they wanted. SO AWESOME!!! The limo was on time, clean, and well equipped. Antonio was our driver and he was FANTASTIC!!! We were all totally happy with everything this company did. They dropped us off and after dinner our friends just text Antonio and he was there in just a matter of minutes. He exemplified courtesy and integrity!!! Needed last minute ride for my son from Orlando Airport to Melbourne, FL. He's never used a car service before, or taxi and I felt better having someone meet him. The driver met him promptly in the airport, was very nice and delivered him safely and promptly. Cost was a bit less than the taxi service quoted us. Let's see....where to even start. I would give ZERO STARS!! All I requested was I receive the service I contracted for and I certainly didn't!! The limo driver was almost an hour late to pick me and the bridesmaids up for my wedding ceremony. Was given all kinds of excuses about traffic, driver kept asking for the pick up address and then didn't know how to get us to the church. Arrived to my own wedding ceremony 20 minutes late and it doesn't end there! Following the ceremony, I see the hood up on the limo, now I'm being told it over heated. Leaving the groom and I stranded at the church. After all this, the company still had the nerve to charge me the full amount. In exactly a 10 minute conversation with the owner himself, JJ, to inquire about the service received and charged, I was called a: "bridezilla, miserable person, b***h, unintelligent and told to go argue with my new husband"....and the list goes on and on. As a result...I will NEVER use this company again nor would I EVER recommend them to anyone. It was the most important day of my life and by no means did I let this ruin it but what I was faced with and the manner in which I was spoken to by the owner was completely unacceptable and he obviously does not possess any customer service skills or respect for others. read more

On the morning of the wedding, the Limo company found out that there was a problem with the limo. They went out of their way to make sure we got a Limo, which turned out to be even nicer than the one we rented. We did not pay any extra and the problem was taken care of. If you want your wedding day ruined, hire these people! He drove way under the speed limit, making me late and just as the rain came in, then covered himself with an umbrella and kept opening the door over me (the bride) after repeatedly being told not to! All of our dresses were wet and he just stood there. My husband said he drove the longest route possible, which didn't even make sense, trying to add more time to get additional money. We took their new Denauli stretch limo out for my wife's bday party on Friday. It had enough space for 14 adults and has a very nice bar area coupled with a state of the art audio/video set up. I would highly recommend this for a concert or tailgating as it's a perfect set up. I have used Hot Rayz 20 + times and always always use Hot Rod the driver as he makes whatever the occasion even that much better. He always on time, professional, well dressed, and organized. He can double as security or an escort too for small groups and does it all with such passion. Hot rayz lineup of cars is fresh and new and very competitive on pricing too. If it wasn't for Clay, the driver, who was a nice enough guy Hot Rayz would get 1 star from me. First and foremost Bob is the most disrespectful employee a company could ever have on payroll. We requested a specific driver when reservations were made, the day of we call making sure everything was good to go, he then tells us that driver is not available so we willingly accepted and requested another specfic driver. Bob was not happy about this and started getting snippy. He then reminded us how good of a deal we got which yes we did but I also got a quote for $50 cheaper and included tip from another company, the only reason we went with Hot Rayz was because of those 2 drivers. If I could do it over again I would NOT use Hot Rayz go with the cheapest guy you pay less and still and are treated with respect. read more
