The communication was excellent; I can be a little anxious and obsessive but Sasha was patient and respectful and responsive to all my requests and questions. I had asked for something specific on our "sign," and that was right, too. The driver was right where he said he would be and quickly took our luggage and loaded us up. We had a grocery stop and it was quick and efficient. Again, he helped us load our purchases into the back of the SUV. I requested a special sign on our arrival as we were celebrating our kids birthdays, it was so fun for them to see the driver with their special sign coming down the escalator to baggage! In the past when we went on a Disney cruise, we took the shuttle but found the cost to be way too high for a bigger family trip. I was worried about booking a limo because we have two small children with us, but Sasha and his drivers made it so headache-free for us. From emailing them, Sasha was really fast with responding with a quote. Tip is also included, so that also alleviated any calculating and handing of cash on travel days. He confirmed our booking and months later, when we arrived - as soon as we landed, we received a text message with our driver's name and information. Our driver was there with our name card, waiting for us early in the baggage claim. Both carseats (infant and toddler) were set up already, and the car was spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids. Upon our return, we got out super early and called our next driver, who immediately left to pick us up despite our time change. We use this transportation company every time we go to Orlando which is every year for about 5 years. We have groups of around 10 that are transported from MCO to Disney. They are right on time and meet you at the baggage claim. They will bring car seats and boosters if you need them. The escalades/vans are super clean and comfortable. Drivers are friendly and engaging and will give advice if you ask. On pickups from hotels they are early even if you are getting picked up before 6am. They take all the stress out of getting to and from the airport with a large group of kids and adults. I will never use anyone else in Orlando! read more
