First, they complained that my kids were outside and should be with an adult at ALL times. Who does that?!? My kids are 13, 8, 7, and 1. The older siblings are outside by themselves at home all the time. We've paid to stay here like ANYONE else! Yet my kids can't play outside!? Next, my dog was on the leash in front of the RV. NOT BARKING, Not bothering anyone. Owner knocks on the door to show me the rules that this can't be. This is the last night we are staying here and NOW it's a problem. There's cats roaming around, even the owners dog has been off the leash! They are being petty because we are a black family. What FILTH !!!

The park is cleaned and you can tell the management roams around to keep an eye on things. Trash gets collected daily. The pool area, office area, and all the grassy areas are well-maintained. The lake right in that area is Lake Hamilton and it is really full right now. They have kayaking and pontoon available to rent. This is a great place if you have a shorter camper than a fifth wheel.

So hopefully your pulling with something that has some power lol Other than those two things this park was great! The RV site we stayed in were very tight together but it was a pull through site. Lots of fun around the area and away from any road noise. The scenery is beautiful in the area and the Hot Springs National Park is a must see!

They have now changed the bathroom hours to 9am-7pm, in addition to raising the rent by $30/month. As someone whose work schedule is 9-6 (and whose RV doesn't have a working shower), that makes taking showers difficult. Management is not open to help from long term tenants to maintain the restrooms in an attempt to keep them open 24hrs, as we offered help a week before the change happened. We will have to relocate asap because of this.
