I'm sitting here right now at 1:53 pm. My appt was for 1 pm for two manicures. They started my grandmother 30 minutes late and still haven't started mine. At this point, I won't be able to get a manicure. Very disappointing, if you accept an appointment then don't take walk-ins that won't allow you to keep those appointments. What a waste of time. I got a mani-pedi@ $33. Relaxing, soft music, polite staff. Clean and neat place. Went on Friday, early afternoon. I was the second customer and they have about 7 Mani-pedi, stations. Good selection of basic OPI nail polish. Was out in 1:20minutes. I am more impressed with my pedicure than my manicure. And its why I deducted the star. My hand nails were cut shorter than I stated. Next time I will trim them myself before I would go in. Also the hand massage was done after the nail polish and it messed one of my nails. Looking closely on my nails, it is not as precise of application of nail polish. The good thing it's light color. A darker color would have made the outcome look sloppy! I will give them another chance with a darker color. read more

I am so excited to have found a nail place beach side that does a great job. I went there before everything was shut down. First let me tell you I'm very picky. They took their time and did an amazing job. I got a fill with gel polish and eye brow wax all for $45. So reasonable and wonderful people. I will be going back once they open again. Did dip on my nails. Woman did an excellent job. Unfortunately, They are getting only 3 stars because the place is filthy. They had almost 4+ weeks without customers so you would think they would update and clean during the time off. Dusty, dirty, old and run down. They also are not properly addressing sanitization nor social distancing. No plastic shields between customer and staff. Of all times to be spotless, it is now. and they have really improper covid systems in place. read more

Ask for Ivis. I wear flip flops or Birks all day, every day. Needless to say, my toes need a lot of help. Ivis is fantastic! She did such a good job...my pedi is just as good as any I've ever had at a 'high end' day spa...I'd rather take the money I save and give a substantial tip to the nail tech. This place took 3 hours to do my nails. I got a full acrylic set with my friend. The one man doing her nails stopped half way through and told her to come sit by me, he then went and sat in one of the massage chairs. I have had my nails on for not even a week and one of them are already pulling up. I spent $90 for my friend and I to get our nails done, not only did they not listen to what length and design we wanted, they also weren't done well and are now pulling up without even a week of having them. I will NOT be going to this place again. read more

Great salon. Advanced services offered in a quaint setting professionally administered! I had the pleasure of visiting this salon for the first time April 18, 2018. After moving from a large metropolitan area with huge salons offering international services I was surprised to find such advanced services offered in such a quaint setting administered with such care and proficiency. This place is truly a hidden gem. I was surprised after finding the location at the end of the small shopping center when you walk in your invited into a new shop offering advanced services. I was really disappointed to hear how Jason treated my wife and sister in law after they came back to let him know both my daughters acrylic nails pulled off. He became very defensive and argumentative. I ended up going to the salon myself to discuss the matter and he began to contradict himself. Shady business with poor quality and customer service. Worst manicure ever. I have acrylic nails. I got fills. Uneven and lumpy. Oh and by the way... THANKS FOR THE NAIL FUNGUS!! I was sitting there and half way thru the manicure a man walks in with a damn live chicken!! Is there anything dirtier than birds? It was their pet! Walking around the shop! I had to get my acrylic nails removed and now have to wait for the fungus to grow out before I can think of getting them again. read more

I went to this nail salon today after driving by it earlier in the day. Wow! It was the best manicure and pedicure I have had since moving from California 4 years ago. Kevin gave me the best foot and arm massage I almost fell asleep. My nails look great. Next time I am getting the shoulder massage as well. I will be back. read more

I had a pleasant experience today at Hot Stone for a pedicure and manicure. The service great- friendly and welcoming; the pedicure was thorough, and thoroughly relaxing. Nice products, great leg and foot massage- and the hot stone massage is a nice touch. And my toes look great! And all while enjoying the massage chair and heated lavender neck and shoulder wrap. They provided a bottle of water as well. My manicure was very basic ( my wish) and well done for that. I opted for only clear polish as I am too rough on my hands (as an artist ) and can ruin any polish job from any salon in 24 hours tops it seems. The other clients in there when I was there were all very friendly and it was a great atmosphere. The prices were very reasonable. The couple , Anh and An ( sp?), have been managing the salon for 4 months. They are very nice, accommodating, and seem to truly enjoy their work. I will recommend and come back when I am in town again. read more

I came in about 6 weeks ago and asked for a full set of gel nails. The owner said "oh/no you should get dipping powder it lasts longer and is faster." So I agreed (mistakenly). He didn't push back my obviously overgrown cuticles so in just a few days everything was chipping and overgrown. So I decided to go back and asked to have my cuticles done and gel nails instead but owner's wife insisted I get more powder which the owner said "give her a few dollars off". This didn't help and was chipping again within 3 days. I was never offered the 20% off that is advertised on Yelp. These people are lazy and don't back up their service quality. The owner speaks constantly about how customer oriented they are but talk is cheap! Spend your money elsewhere! Ugh!!! After just a few days my polish is peeling off. read more

WOW!!! This place is new, so I wasn't sure....but the best pedicure I have had in a very long time! I do gel polish with my pedicure which can be hard on nails. After they were done with the cleaning, trimming, and things they do...my nails didn't even need polish!!! Looked amazing! Of course I like pink, so I had them polished again, but wasn't needed.
