Reason for the 3 star is because the guy who filled up the water filled my station up with room temperature water. After testing it himself he had to know it wasn't hot. When he asked me, I said no, it's not hot at all. He then emptied and refilled with the same water even after touching it multiple times...how did he not fell it was basically cold. He switched me to a new station that had hot water immediately. The lady who took over and actually did my pedicure was great. Quick, gentle, and efficient. Probably won't return here though.

Sick of stray grays and crap coverage (I make a terrible hair colorist) - I reached out to Rhedonda to fix me. I provided inspiration pictures and she provided a Pinterest page with more realistically achievable color palettes for us to work my hair back to a caramelly blonde color. Run!! I spent over $600 here two weeks before my wedding…read morewith hair that looked nothing like what I requested and no willingness from Rhedonda to fix it. I came in with clear reference photos for a neutral, beige-bronde tone. During the consultation, I was told that would be "too dark" before a wedding and was pushed to go lighter. I trusted the stylist's expertise. Somehow, I left significantly darker than my inspo, with still strong red and gold tones, despite being told we were going ash and removing all warmth. It completely missed the mark. To be clear, this was not a communication issue. I completed her questionnaire, submitted photos in advance, and had a lengthy consultation. When I asked for a correction, I was told I'd need to pay for an entirely new appointment. Even though I had just spent over $600, I agreed due to desperation. But then was told there was no availability before my wedding, even though she is the owner. There was no attempt to accommodate, prioritize, or problem-solve. For the price point, the lack of accountability and urgency was extremely disappointing. The stylist repeatedly told me how much she liked it, rather than addressing that it did not match what I asked for and gaslit me throughout the process. The pricing also felt misleading. Miscellaneous additional charges were added throughout the appointment, despite the expensive base charge and time was spent upselling products and photographing my hair for her marketing (she asked me to do multiple poses) without regard for my time or that I was leaving her Salon dissatisfied. Thankfully, I found another stylist at a different salon who rearranged her schedule, after hearing my situation. After a brief consultation, she corrected the color within a couple hours and it was perfect. The new hairstylist questioned how the original result came to be. She even asked me if the former "hairstylist was having a bad day." She then reassured me that even if color didn't turn out how I wanted she would work all day to fix it if necessary because "that's what professionals do." Fortunately, this wasn't the case. The fix cost a fraction of the price and looked exactly like my inspiration. Overall, this experience felt more focused on upselling and Rhedonda squeezing every dollar out, rather than on client results or care. I would NOT recommend, especially for important events where timing and accuracy matter.

She made it personal, wanting my input what shade, shape and length. Caroline also displaying increased attention to how my nail responded to the application of the gel products.
