This quaint little place sits just off the highway, making it easily accessible to both locals and the casual traveler. It has multiple booths and a few tables. But if you're a group of 6 or more, you might have to wait for a table. Thankfully, my family of five was accommodated when a patron moved to another table to allow us to dine. The choices are many, but typical of a family pizza place. But this does not mean it was a mediocre meal. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was loaded with chunks of chicken, and the base sauce was Buffalo Sauce! A real plus!! Then you get your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing to drizzle on top!. Me and my fiance have allergies to mushrooms and carrots and they are always on top of it. They are awesome here I couldn't recommend a better pizzeria based on food, cost, and customer service. We order from here all the time and they always do an amazing job! The delivery guys are awesome too and friendly as can be and deserve every dollar they get! The family restaurant aspect that I need to fulfill my customer experiences are certainly here and that's hard to find; it's far and few between. Also I asked them to find my ring doorbell because I'm the only one with one and they always find it so I never have to worry about it being delivered to the wrong place and they always communicate with me when they will be here or when it leaves and is arriving. I ordered here because I'm visiting Manchester tonight and it was one of the few places open on the West Side on a Sunday! My pizza was fresh and not greasy, I was able to include an ingredient you can't always find (like eggplant), and the staff was very nice. This is my first time ordering here.. I am so glad that I did.. As you can see from the picture of the pizza, it is well made and they paid attention to detail; easy on the hamburger.. They have very good signage and their property is very clean and well kept.. Upon entering the store, it was immediately obvious that they take their cleaning very serious and the bathroom was in appropriate order as well.. Being that I arrived a few minutes early, I was able to observe the kitchen operation, after I was immediately greeted.. The staff are very friendly and know their job well.. Their kitchen is extremely clean and everything that they were preparing, was done to order; Salads and Sandwiches as well as the pizza's.. Everyone was in store attire and had very good self esteem and hygiene.. It's obvious that they take pride in their store and their food.. I can tell that it is made with love; delicious pizza. I've been driving along the northern stretch of I-293 for the past few weeks and a new pizza place which opened along Eddy Road, just south of Exit 6 has caught my eye from I-293. Hot Stone Pizzeria opened on January 5th. The place is brand new with table and booth seating for up to about 40 people and small flatscreen TVs at either end of the dining area. It's order at the counter with overhead menu board and an open kitchen, which is kind of crowded for the high amount of staff (8 people) back there. I finally made a stop at the new Hot Stone Pizzeria on a fairly busy Saturday evening, most people waiting to get their food to go or calling in for delivery. The menu offers standard pizza, specialty pizza, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, clubs, subs, seafood dinners, Italian dinners, Greek food, Chicken entrees, Coke cooler beverages, and chips. See the menu and prices at http://www.thehotstonepizzeria.com I got a small 12" Sausage Pizza ($7.99) and a Homemade Lasagna Dinner ($8.99) to go and the food took about 25 minutes to be ready. The pizza was actually pretty good, a thicker doughy crust with ground wheat flour on the bottom, tasty sauce, lots of cheese and spicy sausage, a nice change from the typical Greek style pizzas I've been eating lately. The Lasagna was baked in a rectangle foil container, a good sized portion with layers of very firm noodles, cheeses, ground meats, and lots of sweet tomato sauce and melted cheese. This dinner came with a decent side salad with dressing and a piece of buttered garlic bread and also a roll and butter too??? Hot Stone is incredibly consistent and makes delicious food. They make great sandwiches, burgers and chicken tenders. The steak and cheese subs are delicious. The chicken salad subs are fresh and prepared to perfection. The bread for the subs is always on point and fresh. The burgers are also top notch with a nice bun, cooked perfectly and tons of flavor; one of my favorite burgers in Manchester. The fries are always crispy even when delivered (not easy to do). The onion rings are tip top also; always crunchy and delicious. The pizza is also very tasty; I recommend extra pepperoni well done. The desserts are great too (Tiramisu and Baklava recommended). The online ordering system is convenient and makes customizing your order simple. This is my go to place for delivery in Manchester. The owner is a solid dude who cares about his customers and the food he puts out. The quality and especially the value is clear here. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. I have the biggest LOVE hate relationship with Hot Stone. Their pizza is amazing. My fiancé and I always switch up what pizza we get and every time it's amazing. We also always go to pick our pizza up because we live pretty close and the employees are always so nice. About 2 months ago we decided to switch it up and order subs. Both my fiancé and I ordered a steak and cheese subs. It was okay. It was so soggy the bread ended up breaking apart which is my biggest pet peeve when it comes to sub. However the steak and cheese part was good. Today I decided to place an order for delivery. I decided to venture away from pizza again and got a steak tip salad. Again the salad was just okay. I had a total of 6 fairly small steak tips. They were also cold. You could tell it was a pre-made salad probably from earlier this morning or yesterday night. The steak tips weren't bad, but then again I didn't get an option as how I like them cooked. My fiancé got a cheese pizza and when he opened the box all the cheese had slid over to one side probably during delivery. I really like the flavor and texture of the pizza crust here. Very NY flavor (not sweet thankfully). One think irritates me is they done bring the sauce and toppings out to the edge more and you get this huge crust all around the actual pizza like a big thick donut. This is why I give them a 4. My boyfriend and I stumbled across this little restaurant while getting gas next to I-293 and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken parm dinner was reasonably priced and came on a HUGE plate, with a side of pasta, salad, garlic bread, and bread roll. The side salad came with bell peppers which was unusual but seemed fresh. The garlic bread was surprisingly light, flaky, buttery, and overall delicious. The chicken was tender. I got the chicken parm sub. The chicken inside wasn't as tender what was in the dinner and came in cubes, but still good! The bun was toasted which was an appreciated touch. Everything we've tried is delicious. Steak, cheese, peppers and onions is our families favorite. We also get pepperoni pizza and meatball subs which are also delish. They also make incredible rice pudding, baklava, spinach pie and soups. Meals like chicken parmigiana have large portions of meat and homemade pasta and come with a decent salad and bread. Everything is made from scratch. The restaurant is family owned and operated. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Bella made a batch of rice pudding for me when I had surgery down the street at CMC because the rice made my upset stomach feel better. They take special orders like a tray of mussaka or pastichio. We're ordering a tray at Christmas time. The restaurant is clean, bright and open. The restrooms are also clean, bright and roomy. There's plenty of free, safe parking in the parking lot. I tried Hot Stone for the first time around July of last year. We ordered delivery and they forgot an item, which they replaced, but by then everyone else had eaten and I was still waiting for my food. So, I decided to wait a while before I tried again. I decided to try a dine-in experience last Friday afternoon for lunch. I arrived around 1:30pm to an empty dining room. There were 3-4 guys in the kitchen, but no one greeted me or acknowledged my existence. They have a nice dining room with cute squiggle-back wooden chairs, booths, and nice wooden tables all with a dark stain. I was a bit confused by the two televisions mounted on either side of the room, both loudly playing the Red Sox game with no one there to watch it? The sports-bar feel is not what I was looking for in a restaurant. It also did not match well with the decor or the menu. It just clashed completely and was a wee bit annoying since the room is not really large enough to warrant two very loud tv's. (Yes, I love the Red Sox & I do watch baseball!) There is also confusion for the diner because they have tables and menus set on them, but you do have to go up to the counter to order, yet there is nothing that tells you that's what is expected. I wasn't in the mood for a pizza and it was too hot for a pasta dish. So, I went with my stand-by of a club sandwich. I decided on the grilled chicken club and fries. They offered a choice of white, wheat, or rye bread. (I went with wheat). There is no fountain, so it's bottled drinks for everyone. I grabbed a Dr Pepper from the cooler next to the counter. They have a wide selection, so that's not a problem. I'm sure it cuts down on their prep work and costs. The meal took about 8 minutes to come out and it looked pretty good. A pickle spear was included in the basket. The fries were battered which was a surprise, but said frozen to me :( I have never seen any place that battered their fresh french fries. The chicken club was well constructed and the chicken had been pounded out to sit better on the sandwich. This was an appreciated touch! The only thing was that there was a weird sauce of some kind in addition to the standard mayo on the chicken. I should have asked what was up with that... Overall, I enjoyed my meal. A mom and her infant came in for take-out while I was eating and a teen couple got a couple of cold subs and dined in with me. The staff was not very customer-oriented and ignored you unless you came right up and demanded attention. I like that in some places, but it really gave the vibe that I was intruding in this instance. I was not sure why... Then I thought that I must have been delaying their lunch break, because they came out after the teens were served and sat at the far end eating and watching the game on the tv. I'm not sure if I will come back for a dine-in, but their food is pretty good regardless. I think I'll stick with delivery from here on. ** A plus is that they offer free Wi-Fi which I took advantage of while I was waiting for my food. ** A minus was that the ladies' room smelled very strongly of mildew, although I could not find a source. I think it may been in their fan/ductwork. It was quite overwhelming. If I had gone in there prior to ordering I would have walked out. :( read more

There were two older folks working with him that seemed maybe to be his Parents? This guy was cursing them out telling the older woman to "Shut up". He was oBnoxious and disrespectful to them. This restaurant is conveniently located a couple hundred feet off from 293 south exit 6 (take left and it's on the right). Please be aware that their parking lot is not able to handle large commercial trucks or RVs. Their food is great and hot and always served with a smile as I have a been here a few times over the last few months. Their menu has pizza, grinders, salads, and some seafood selection. Ok- first experience with Hot Stone- ready? Called up looking for delivery, they're somewhat nearby and I needed a new pizza place after our go to became dull. It's immediately apparent that they don't typically deliver to my address- that's ok, the order taker immediately checks to see if they'll deliver today (Points for professionalism here). Comes back, no problem, but might not be able to all the time. I order, mozz sticks, pepperoni, and a large cheese. Quoted 45 mins, pretty typical. Order arrived on time, and hot! Delivery driver is super nice, explains that they can in fact deliver here (it's within reason, to be certain). As for the food- Mozz sticks have a well balanced crust in terms of texture/weight/hardness. Perhaps absorbed a bit too much oil for my tastes, but not soggy, just... moist. Great flavor! Marinara is true- great sweetness without being canned nonsense, chunks of tomato, which I tend not to like, but not overwhelming by volume. Pizza- Think average town pizza. Then make it not suck. Sauce is robust, not overly sweet, not so much that it might as well be a soup. Correct me if I'm wrong, but based on flavor I'd say they avoided the trap of low moisture, part skim mozzarella- which I always find underwhelming and a bit of a slap in the tastebuds. Crust is crisp- corn meal encrusted, a light sweetness and not much else. Seems a bit salty at first- might be the mozz, might be the pepperoni. Either way not offputting.
