They offer plus-size clothing and accessories for women size 10-30. Torrid opened its first store in 2001, in the Brea Mall in Brea, CA. They have over 600 stores in operation across 36 states in the US and is owned by Sycamore Partners, owner of Hot Topic, and US office retail biz Staples.
