This only happened with one employee. Never had this issue before. These were collectible items meant as a gift. Collectors need the tags intact for the serial numbers, which the employee completely destroyed. I understand final sale policies, but destroying the item's value and treating customers this way is unacceptable. It felt like I couldn't be trusted even after I agreed to the policy, and she just wanted to make sure I couldn't bring them back. It happened after the transaction was already done which is what made me angry.

If you like to dig through the additional markdowns, it's not unusual to find items broken, sampled, etc. Same for the additional mark clothing; every once in a while those racks look more like thrift racks than clearance, but once you find that diamond in the rough it can be worth it. I do wish this location got more of the special occasion pieces, but either I always miss them or they go to different Rack locations. If you've got the time, it's a great place to find great prices on everything from budget-friendly brands to designer brands.

I clearly see who there line of customers is based off from the product of clothing they have in stock. I'm looking around and checking the prices on the items and what cross my mind is that what insane person would pay top dollars just to look cool and to fit in. What really stands out is the fact not one employee acknowledge any customers including me in the store. One was task focus that she didn't care to stop and greet anyone. For a store that's catering to customers that love to wear hip hop clothing, they do a really poor job on making customers feel welcome.
