Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

I bought three pair of custom Italian shoes and three matching belts from Joe that were very…read moreexpensive and when the first one was delivered never fit correctly and was pinching the front of my ankle and squeezing my front toes on both feet. Remember these are custom fitted shoes that are supposed to be the most comfortable shoes in the world per Joe in selling these. He took back the first pair to send to his local shoe guy to stretch the shoe and when he returned was still extremely uncomfortable. He said he would let his custom shoe man Mario Bemer know so he could make the other two pair larger but when they came back they were the exact same fit. I tried reaching him by phone, email, his website and finally after 40 calls and waiting for over six months he finally called me back today. His comment to me today was "sometimes it's like a bad stock or sometimes it's like an ex-wife". He also said for me to email the company in Italy to let them know or for me to go to a local shoe guy to fix this poor fit. My recommendation would be to not take the phone call or never to buy anything from Joe Wendt custom clothing. If there is ever a problem, you might be hanging to dry just like I feel right now.
