I've never had a problem with customer service...they've always been pretty welcoming and helpful. They were always very attentive to what specifically you were looking for and trying to help in the best way possible. Oh, and I'm not sure if they still do this, but whenever you'd buy something they'd send you a personalized note in the mail. I always thought it was a really nice touch...they'd remember my name (which I'm sure is in a database, but whatever), and things we talked about like school/work or my home life back in Ohio. One was sort of like this: "Hi Jackie! Thanks for coming in to Marissa Collections recently, and I hope you're loving your Valentino clutch! Hope you enjoyed your vacation in Naples, and good luck at OSU this semester! It was nice talking to you!
