There are lots of bargains at The Rack, especially around major holidays and Nordies has the good stuff! It's fun to shop here, you never know what deals you'll find. Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. . read more

Checked out this Nordstrom Rack while we were on vacay. This is a great 2 story Nordstrom Rack. They had a great selection of merchandise. I was so impressed by all the team members who seemed to be having the best time working. They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the fitting room attendant to the check out team were awesome. I bought a beautiful Vince Camino dress and some hand sanitizer spray. read more

This will be the third review by a male. When I walked into the place my immediate thought was this is a chick place. All the first floor was devoted to women's fashion. I glanced upstairs and saw there was a small men's selection. I was looking for a blazer/sportscoat. I didn't see one that caught my eye. Nor was I approached by anyone to assist me. Since I really could not see anything I wanted it didn't bother me I was not waited on. If you are into female clothes and discounts this may be a place for you. Not me. read more

Great finds, tacky and horrible staff. Be prepared to be treated like you're an issue should you ever show up and ask for assistance in this store. Embarrassing that this is one of the nicer NR's in SWFL, but sour and hateful associates make it super uncomfortable. I LOVE THIS STORE! I made a big mistake at Mercato and shopped at the expensive stores first. I saw this super formal dress from this very high quality brand and it was half the price of what it usually is! Then I saw this amazing Tommy Bahama sweater that was insanely comfortable for only $50? GREAT DEAL! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I was just finishing changing at 9:00 (when the store closes) and the staff never rushed me (I was still rushing myself so I wasn't rude) and they were polite at the register and efficient. read more

I went to check out Nordstrom Rack 2 days ago at The Mercado. Almost every time I go here the sales are exceptional! For example most of their merchandise is already marked down. However, this day was unlike anything I had ever seen before. Row after row of womens attire was 75% off! Did I say Jackpot! How cool is it to find top designer brands at basement prices! I enjoyed my experience shopping here. Why? Huge selection of makeup, shoes, active wear, designer jeans, designer sun glasses and much much more! My little favorite Boutique in Mercato the staff is always they have a good sense of humor always friendly and have a smile on their face ready to help you no matter your budget. I'm a "Nordie's Girl" in a Nordie's World... that's a song, right? I never miss a chance to stop at a Rack and this day is no different. Different city, different store, same expectations. I have learned not all Racks are created equal. As I'm perusing, I see several items of interest but the petites are somewhat limited. I have seen better selections. I did grab the smaller (non-petite) sizes in these items but had no luck. This did not turn out to be one of my favorite stores as it was messy and not as well organized as I would have liked and know to expect. read more

This is the best Nordstrom Rack I have ever been to. They have a large selection of Joe's and Paige jeans (and this is the #1 item I buy at NR, jeans)They have tons od beautiful accessories and purses on the first floor. The layout is nice, the store is very clean and extremely well maintained. The sizes are in the correct order and there are plenty employees to help, happily. This store is located in the outdoor mall called Mercato. Grab a coffee from Second Cup and walk over to Nordstrom Rack. (I wish I could on the daily, but this Miami girl will have to make do with the NR in Kendall at the Palms Town & Country) read more

I have worked in high end retail as well as know the behind the scenes as a small retail business owner. Nordstrom Rack here at this location at Mercato is the best discount retail store in Naples, Florida. 1. Discounts and sales: WOW! High end apparel, cosmetics, handbags, shoes, and jewelry. Every time I shop here they are wise to think of huge markdowns for its valued customers. 2. Their selections in all departments are almost insane! Quality brands are always here. 3. Customer Service: I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome always! Questions? If you have question, remark, suggestion, problem, whatever, the Nordstrom Rack employees are happy to make your experience a pleasant one. I get better customer care here then I do at the Nordstrom Waterside location. ( sorry Waterside Nordstrom's). I will review that store shortly. 4. Merchandise Buyers here: You have it! Talented! And HR better be thrilled they have you ( or if a group, you are the A-Team) Finally, Nordstrom's and Nordstrom's Rack is all about customer care and our experiences. Their goal is to provide us with a smile as we leave their store. They want us to repeat this. Men's department is a bit small but I always find something nice for a good price. Great shoe selection with extra small sizes for women (shoe sizes 4 and 5, which can be impossible to find elsewhere) which is great and large sizes available for men. Cashiers are always very pleasant to do business with. The parking lot is a joke, which is shared with a large makeup store and 2 other businesses. I avoid this location altogether in season. Too many cars circling and circling, with Valet taking over spots for the restaurant nearby. More people would shop here if there was only somewhere close to park. Whole Foods lot is no better. read more

My definition of Nordstrom Rack has always been "the magical place where Nordstrom is cheap," and this location is no exception. This store is actually one of the best Rack locations I've been too- it's very spacious, and things are labeled well. There are plenty of dressing rooms, and employees are easy to find. You never know what you'll find at these stores, so you may be out of luck if you're shopping for something specific, but if you're up for generally shopping for deals in your size, you'll have great success. I initially had hoped to look for pants, but came away with two skirts and a blouse, and according to my receipt saved over $100 in the process. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in Mercato. read more
