I told them I would like a refund because I wasn't going to tan until I purchased my own goggles and they refused to refund! Told me that my tan expires the next day but I must wear goggles by state law and tried forcing me into buying their goggles. Absolutely horrible experience. I will not be back to this salon.

The selection was good and the store was well stocked but the staff I guess my $$$ wasn't good enough because all 3 of the employees on duty did speak to me. I purposely stayed in the store for approximately 15 minutes, not a hello, how are you, can I help you or anything was said to me. I left the store and went to my car and a few seconds later another customer walks in the store and the same lady that ignored me approached her as soon as she walked in the store. I don't know if it was because I am a person of color or maybe they are just ignorant either way I will never step foot in that store again and I tell everyone that I know to not shop there.

They were in the middle of stocking new product but Bella apologized for the mess and offered her help. She was so friendly to me and my sons. We were able to find what we needed in store and she helped me sign up for emails which gave me a $10 off coupon which was so nice. The manager was also there and was friendly as well. Bella is a stellar employee and I hope Journeys see this. We've shopped there before and have always been happy with them. :)

Went there to see a treager grill demo. I have one but to small. So after talking to the Treager…read morerep and the manager Michelle I just had to get the new pro 574 with the WiFi.. got that and a few other goodies. A must try are the Bourbon infused wood blocks for smoking.. they have many different kinds of wood from cherry to oak and more.. I am glad I went there they have a special going for Father's Day.. thank y'all for great customer service also..
