I texted him all of the information and my email address and he sent a confirmation text saying he'd send me an invoice that afternoon. After a week, I still hadn't gotten an invoice so I reached out via text again. His response said he recalled our conversation, but that we never confirmed and he didn't have it on his calendar. I apologized saying I thought I had. So then he asked me for all the details for a FULL move from her apartment to our house and saying he's not sure how we could've discussed prices if I never gave him an itemized list for the move. He didn't need any itemized list since it wasn't going to be a full move. It's obvious he didn't remember the conversation and had probably even deleted our text thread with all of the info about how I only needed help loading a truck.
