The heater repair went well, and we were very happy with that part. However, the issues with the control panel have been ongoing. The first time they came out, the panel was set in without silicone, and a screwdriver was used to pop it out, leaving visible pry marks all over it. On their second visit, they attempted to screw the control panel in but used the wrong screws, as shown in the photos I provided, now full of rust. On the third visit, they tried to heat gun the pry marks away, which ended up looking worse than the pry marks. The front panel was not put back on properly and the screw they had full of silicone for some reason was found on the ground after it was stepped on. Now, months later, we still haven't heard back from anyone, and we're left with a damaged, unfinished panel and a mess to clean up.
