Their default position (only, as far as I know) is to replace any equipment, and at greatly marked up prices, when much less expensive repair options worked (had to get other vendors). I've herd good gossip about SCV and there quality plastering.....This was not the case, they were so sloppy the whole pool has to be chipped out and redone. My 7 year old son could of done a better job. There was concrete all over the tile, nothing was flat and cracks everywere. They didnt show up the following day to acid wash it the following day. Ive waited 18 months to swim in my dream pool and now i have to have my brand new pool jackhammered because of there horrid job. Stay away and save your self.
