I've been coming here on and off for about two years. I started with a Groupon (unlimited classes for a month), and I buy their class passes every now and then if they're on sale. Otherwise, it's too expensive for me to continue regularly. Tommy is the best yoga instructor at this location. He demonstrates the poses in his Blaze class and does a great job helping you through your practice whether you're a beginning or intermediate yogi. He's polite as well - if something is wrong with your form, he'll ask you if it's alright to touch you where you need adjustments. I know some instructors just adjust you without asking and it makes people very uncomfortable. If I were to base my review on just his class, I'd give this location a 5 out of 5. He does a Flow class too, but I've never tried it. Sue Z. is great. She has a very sweet voice that definitely helps to relax you during your practice, but she doesn't demonstrate many of the poses so if you're new, you'll have to look at other yogis around you to know what's going on. Try her Blaze and Flow classes! Kelly's Flow class pretty good too. No one else has really stuck out to me, and I've gone to 3 or 4 other instructors' classes. The main reason why I'm only giving this location 3 stars is because the management is AWFUL. They almost NEVER answer the phone because no one seems to be around unless there's a class, and when there's a class, no one picks up because the yoga instructor is instructing and whoever should be at the front desk is participating in the yoga class. I know there are other gyms and yoga studios that are closed during certain hours, but management should at least change their phone system so that business-related calls can be redirected to the manager's phone or something so there isn't only a 5-minute window that someone could MAYBE answer. I bought two 10-class passes on Memorial Day 2015 - one as a gift for my boyfriend and one for myself. Because I bought them both, they were both under my account. I wanted them to transfer one pass to my boyfriend's account, so when I went to the studio, I asked if they could transfer it but the woman who assisted didn't have the authorization to transfer passes (only the manager could do that). I tried to come in when the manager was in, and she said she'd do it for me but never got around to it. It's February of 2016 and they're STILL not transferred, so my boyfriend has to call in every time he wants to book a spot in a class because he can't do it online through his account since there's no classes available under his name. And of course, if he calls, no one picks up. They either need to change their phone system to redirect calls to a manager's cell phone or have someone there even when there isn't a class going on. Once my passes are up, I'm going to see if Tommy instructs at another yoga studio and try to join that instead if it's a reasonable distance from me. read more

I was looking for a new yoga home, closet to home, and a friend/yoga teacher had told me she'd heard good things about Fireshaper. I checked out their website and realized that on "paper" they could be my perfect new home. I've taken 2 classes so far and have had a great experience both times. There's street parking or a garage to park in. My only "complaint" is that the room, even for hot yoga, is way hotter than I'm used to. As soon as I walk in I feel like I stepped into a sauna. It takes a little longer to adjust but it's not unbearable. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

If I had the option on giving this place half a star I would. When I first walked in, I had high expectations, I was so excited to start this hot yoga class, but the instructor there named Jody, was very rude and made me hate this place. To make this short I'll summarize: While taking the 90 min class I decide to step out of and breathe fresh air because I could not handle the heat anymore. I vomitted in the restroom and rested outside the room for about 20 min until I was ready to go back in for the last 15 min. When I decide to go back, Jody, the instructor that was outside tells me I can not go back into the class. She says I stayed outside for like 1 hour and I can't do that. I did read that in hot yoga classes, you shouldn't walk in and out but it was my first time, I did almost pass out AND I saw 2 other people walk in and out. So how, does this female dog have the right to tell me, when she is not even the instructor teaching the class, that I can not go back in? I asked her who the owner was, told her to pick up the towel and mat rented from them and wished her a good life. I do not reccomend a place like this, the instructors are very stuck up, careless of there students and VERY RUDE!! Plus they seem unfit to call themselves yoga instructors. read more

It's nice to have hot yoga in Rutherford. That being said, this place has a little bit of a strange vibe to me. I've been going the past month from a groupon I got, so for that the price was great. After the month is up though, I would certainly think three times before forking over the exorbitant monthly rate. The per class cost is decent though, so I might buy a five class pack and come every once in a while for the classes I love. So...about that. I don't have a problem with how packed the room can get. That doesn't really bother me. I'd rather have a packed room than have to worry about where to put my mat, the instructors do a pretty good job at helping make space if needed. At this studio, I feel there are a lot of 'rules', and I'm not so sure how I feel about that. I'm fine with their being rules, I just think its how they a enforced that really doesn't speak to a yoga studio, and was really off putting to me. The instructors will reiterate said rules often, and with a tone that takes it beyond informational and makes you feel uncomfortable, I've been to a lot of their classes, and found that I really liked the core class the best, and their bikram one the least (they make up funny names for these, so just check their website). Only problem is they don't regularly offer that core class so I was only able to attend once in the month. The place is located above the Pancake House, and your have to access is from the back. There's a parking garage right behind on kip ave that you can park in (bring quarters). One shower that I would never use in fear of being chastised for taking too long, only two bathrooms, and these little changing stalls. I have taken yoga classes at this studio throughout the years and have also taken other classes at a nearby spot in New York and this is the first time I have ever experienced anything like I have with the class I took yesterday. So, I took a Monday 'Ignite' night class with Sue and felt optimistic given my previous experience with the studio. I purchased two single classes for my sister in law and me under my profile. I was told that my sister in law had to create a profile since they needed to have a record of this. Since this was her first time, we were both unsure on why she needed to be in the system. It would be easier to opt in to emails and mailings if she decided she really enjoyed the class, instead of being subjected to register and give her information. The class began with a normal warm up but there seemed to be a lot of rules and these rules were not told in the beginning of class but throughout the duration of class. One of these rules was that you, as a paying student, was denied water until the instructor advised you otherwise. Now although you can be well hydrated prior to class, the class itself was filled to capacity and was very warm. The instructor Sue, also gave instructions on what positions she wanted you to do. She did not demonstrate these positions but would rather tell you" grab the heel, now downward dog, now plank". If someone was newly exposed to yoga or hot yoga, they might not know what these mean. Sue also incorporated pushups to bikram yoga....which I thought was a bit odd considering this was yoga and not an exercise class. There were many students in the class who were obviously not feeling well and the instructor would direct them to sit down. At one point, someone got out of the class and the instructor demanded to know "where she was going". At one point she did demonstrate but only to show others what a wrong pose looked like. Her exact words were "anyone can do this" but I need you to do this. She said this in a very sarcastic and mean tone. There are surely better ways of describing a pose. Through my experience with previous classes taught at this studio and other classes taught in New York, I felt that $22 for a single class was overpriced, the denial of a human right of water was abusive, the shouting of instruction instead of demonstrating and the condescension this instructor possessed is not worth the trip made out here. This place really deserves a 5 star rating but not from me. I tried hot yoga for the first time today. I was unsure if I would be able to handle the heat in the room due to medical conditions, but I figured I would give it a try. I got the studio with time to spare. I located the entrance to the studio in the rear of the building. I walked up the one flight of stairs and entered into the studio's lobby area. It is a nice area clean with a place to put your shoes. The staff was friendly as I entered and instructed me to the locations of the changing area and the hot room. I went to the changing area and put my jacket on some hooks. I also was able to put my sport bag in a cubby hole (no locking mechanism or option). I then brought my towels, water, and yoga mat into the hot room. The word hot is very true. I immediately had concerns about the room and humidity. I kept a bright eye and motivated myself to do this thing. As the course started it was a fairly normal yoga flow session but hot. I made it about half way when I started to feel fatigued and began having problems breathing. I went to my child pose several times over the next sixth of the course (10 minutes) trying to cool down and catch my breadth. I was not able to breathe. I started shaking and having a shortness of breathe. I began getting dizzy and thought I was going to pass out. I was even seeing stars. My concern was that of a medical condition. I had to leave the room. I was not asked if I was ok instead I got in minor trouble for leaving the room early. if I felt in any way I could have stayed in that room even in child pose I would have. It took me 10 minutes in the lobby just to be able to stand again. Over all this is a great studio and if I was able to do hot yoga I would come here again. I even recommend this for other yogis. But for me I am not able to stand the heat and humidity. I really wish I would have been asked if I was ok or if I needed an ambulance; I likely would have taken the ambulance for oxygen. But instead Artemis made me feel like I was in some amount of trouble thus the four star rating. read more

I started out going to this place using a groupon and then brought a special they offered, and once again I recently brought another special on amazon local. I came back after 9 months and the staff is almost completely new. I brought my voucher on amazon local and it said for new members and members who have not been to the studio in over 6 months. The lady at the desk did not want to honor it when the policy clearly stated that I was eligible to use it. Finally, after much arguing she accepted. Other than that bad experience, the classes are tough and a great workout. It is extremely hot but you will get a good workout. I've been a regular member at Fireshaper Rutherford since October 2016, and I can't say enough positive things about the studio. The instructors are all great! Of course, naturally, I am more partial to some than others, but they are all good. Yesterday, I was running late from work and walked late (about 10 min) into a packed Burn class. The instructor went out of her way to make sure I had weights and adjusted the positioning of other yogis to make room for me. I was super appreciative of that considering I had been late and she could have left me in the crammed corner I was in. And then she continued to kick my ass in class. Which was great. All the teachers are accommodating, encouraging, and respectful. The facilities are kept extremely clean!! The bathrooms are always spotless. There are cubbies to put your clothes and bags in. It gets a little tough when the classes are packed. If you are debating trying yoga, or hot yoga, like I had been, this is the right place to do it. The first time I had done yoga OR hot yoga was here at fireshaper. I always leave feeling amazing and better than I was the day before. This place is now called Fire Shaper, and I have been going there since the beginning of 2013. I started on a Groupon, which it seems like is how most people start going here. I got hooked and wound up getting the unlimited monthly package, which is VERY expensive at $130.99/month. Definitely not in love with that price, it could be a lot lower. The fact that a single class costs more than $20 is nuts to me... Things I like about it: The Rutherford studio is CLEAN, which is hugely important to me. Beautiful hardwood flooring which seems easy to clean after the buckets of sweat that end up there every day. The class schedule and the location are also convenient for me -- during the week there are classes that start at 7:45 and 8pm, so I am able to make it a few times a week after work. They also JUST expanded the studio so now it is HUGE, which means it's not overcrowded like it used to be. Plus, I just really enjoy hot yoga, so all of that is why I continue to go. A previous commenter mentioned the rules. I personally really like the rules, because they are mostly just basic yoga etiquette -- no talking inside the studio, wipe up the area around your mat before you leave the room, etc. They ask new students to sit in the back so that a) students will be able to learn from the people in front of them, and b) the teachers know who will need the most help adjusting their postures. I think they rules are pretty basic, and I actually get a little annoyed when they are not enforced. Things that aren't my favorite: A lot of the classes don't really feel like an "authentic" yoga experience to me, as compared to my experience with Hot Yoga in NYC. Some of the teachers (especially Sue) tend to treat the class like an aerobic class (yelling, encouraging you to push yourself, etc.). A few of the teachers (Tommy and Sue) even play LOUD music during their classes. It's not soothing yoga music, it's like... Alex Clare and Adele and Coldplay. It distracts me a lot, and every time I'm in one of their classes I always feel "removed" from the yoga experience. I always get a good workout, but I also really wish it were easier to just focus inward during their classes, as is usually the point of yoga. I'd rather be reminded to breathe by a soothing voice than to be reminded to keep pushing by a shouting voice. Also, sometimes the room is WAY TOO HOT/HUMID. There have been a few times where I felt extremely dizzy after class, even if I had made sure to keep hydrated all day in preparation for the class. Again, I say this as someone who has had other experiences with hot yoga outside of this studio. Especially for the more intense classes, I feel like some of the teachers don't realize just how hot they've made the room. If experienced, FULLY HYDRATED yogis are feeling nauseous after your class, it's too hot. It would also be nice to have more than one shower, but I don't live far from the studio so I usually just shower at home anyway. All-in-all, I go there for the convenience, and the classes aren't bad, but if it were cheaper and more authentic, I would be happier. read more

I've been through many yoga studios from Yoga to the People in the Fashion District/St Marks, Pure in the Upper West, other smaller studios with a Groupon deal and also tried out a few of the other Fireshaper Studios in the area - this studio has been the best for me. I've been going on and off for over a year. The studio is clean. There's two bathrooms and multiple changing stalls with curtains. Plenty of cubicles to stash your things. I only bring my mat and a small bag with dry clothes to change into. I sometimes take a quick body shower in case I have small errands to run after class. The rules. I've only heard of them say two - Please leave your shoes in the cubicles at the front and Please remain in the room through out the class. I think shoes at the door help keep the studio clean and remaining in the room allows the teachers to keep an eye on you in case you're having a heat stroke (not likely but it's for safety reason since it does get hot and everyone reacts to heat differently.) I think there's an unspoken rule - Respect the other students by maintaining silence in the actual hot room - most ppl sit and chat by the cubicles. There are seating areas as well. Those rules are pretty basic for most of the yoga studios I've been to. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Artemis starts and ends with a joke. Kanan is the profile of an educator, stern and focus. Kelly is great with structure and core. Mercedes teaches like someone who enjoys dance steps. Brian is also good with structure and fun class. A few of them have great music playlists. I think they rotate instructors. There are some other good ones that I don't see consistently. I like the variety of teachers, it keeps the classes interesting, challenging and fun to go. Most are great at instructing and they will adjust you but I think some of them gauge if you are ready or willing to be adjusted - some students get verbally defensive. I've been to different time slots since I have varied work schedule. The morning to early afternoon classes are best for me. The room is plenty spacious for 15+ students during those hours. The late afternoon and weekends can be packed but most of the students are accommodating with sharing the space. The classes can be costly. I usually buy the weekly passes ($49) and go to as many classes as I can go to make it worth it. For the savings lovers out there, that would make it less than $10/class if you go at least 5x during the week. They also have seasonal packages and deals through out the year that you can take advantage of: $5 for a week! Or the $79 for 3 weeks Easter sale. Use the calculation method above. This yoga studio has gone through a number of changes but I've always loved it. It's one of 4 studios. I used to go to the North Halden & Westwood studios until they opened this one closer to my home. The studios are always well maintained and have a friendly staff. I will say that with so many different teachers the classes vary based on who is teaching so if you can try it till you find a teacher that suits you. For those new to yoga they might find it odd that the teachers do not do all the poses themselves and lead by example- but when I started I just followed the instructions and looked to the experience yogi. I'd try to copy others until I knew the various poses and learned to listen to the instructions reflect on my body-what I was feeling and adjusted accordingly. I love this yoga studio- as well as the others and highly recommend them. For anyone new to yoga- please don't be discouraged - dont compare yourself to others, just do your best- BREATH- and enjoy the experience and don't give up after the first class. Why 4 stars and not five? Cost- it's now over $20 per class. I find the 5 or 10 class pack the way to go. If you can commit to 2-3 classes weekly you might want the monthly plan but It's way expensive so won't work for most. Also I wish there were more Bikram classes offered in the evening. read more

I have come to this studio about 7 times so far and feel i can give a fair review. Despite what others say, I LOVE this studio! It is clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Instructors are great here and they really do cater to various levels of yogi. Being a newbie, I was not once discouraged by any of their instructors. My personal favorite is Dan and his Bikram yoga and Yoga Evolution are the best. Seriously, this place awesome. It is not fair to see people who had not given this place a fair shot to quickly come around to write unpleasant reviews which are far far from reality. This place rocks!! read more

I've been going to Fire Shaper for about 3 weeks now via a Groupon deal. I am by no means "experienced yogi", but I've tried about 3 other hot yoga studios and am competent in the core foundational poses. Basically, I can keep up. Here's what I like: The vibe and cleanlienss of the studio. Nice variety of classes with the evening class schedule accommodating to 6pm and 7:30pm time slots. Incorporating strength training into yoga! Kelly! She's an awesome instructor and I'm obsessed with her BURN class! Music in the class. It's invigorating at the appropriate times. When I leave, I feel realxed AND feel like I've really worked my muscles. Here's what I think could be improved: It's much hotter than other studios I've been to. Or maybe it just feels that way? Either way, make sure you stay well hydrated all day to prepare for an evening class. Would love to have a super early class offered, at 5:30 or 6am. Price is a bit steep, so take advantage of special sales/Groupon deals Overall, would defintiely recommend this studio. This hot yoga studio is nothing but a cheap marketing ploy trying to capitalize on a very limited fad before it disappears. The yoga teachers are really, really bad and they do not even realize it themselves. American Yoga really, really sucks on many levels nowadays. Hot Yoga is just one such example. Somehow we equate Yoga with a regular gym workout and our goal has become to "give people a good workout" with a false sense of instruction. These teachers know not what yoga is all about, nor do they make an effort to change, or upgrade their knowledge in a genuine manner. It seems like every lazy, low-achiever is now eligible to become a yoga teacher! That simply sucks! These people know nothing about the full spectrum of teaching yoga. They teach nothing! All they do is lead a class! Any smart chimpanzee can lead a class, once it is trained. What the hell is going on people? There is no such thing as "hot yoga" in India. During my travels in India, the natural heat provided a natural setting for yoga, but only because INDIA IS ALREADY HOT! Artificial heating is not only missing the entire point of yogaasana practice, but it is also unhealthy! Regardless of the claims made about a particular hot yoga studio meeting certain guidelines there will ALWAYS be one aspect that will pose a potential danger and possibly lay the foundation for disease. Most hot yoga places I've visited in the past simply raise the temperature in the room. This is bad enough without a proper mechanism (read very expensive) to maintain proper humidity and ventilation. Some studios have carpeting on the floor, which creates a nauseous stench very quickly and if you are sensitive to indoor allergens you will soon be surprised by how sick you will be feeling during and after your hot yoga sessions. I have even seen mold, mildew and mineral deposits in a couple of the hot yoga studios I've visited in the past. I gave this studio a chance because they supposedly used a lower temperature, but the class and the instructor left a lot (a whole lot) to be desired. There is no spirituality here folks, but even if you are only looking for a sweaty workout you should go to your local gym. HELP! Rutherford is aching for a good, competent yoga studio! Some of the previous reviews seem outdated or not correct anymore. So Since I just completed a month rotating between this location and the North Haledon studio, I wanted to write about my impressions. I think that Kate, who is mostly there in the am/noon time is very friendly, she also teaches an awesome FLAIR and FLOW class. I think the studio is clean, although there is a limit on changing booths and only two bathrooms. If the class is crowded, it is not ideal. So not sure how you can not like Kate and her sweet spirit. I did not go to this studio at night or on the weekends. So I do not know how the crowd is. I though that the am students had a great energy, as did the instructors. All of these studios have very rigid formats for their classes and do not offer as much diversity as I would like. I did like that most classes went over an hour. I do think that compared to other hot yoga places, they keep their temperature and humidity levels a little too high in the more vigorous classes. I liked the schedule and space at the North Haledon location better. Instructors Diane, Caryn, Dani and another whom I can not remember were very good. The schedules between the two managed to get me a yoga class each day I was on the Groupon. Just would have liked a little more Flow and diversity. Biggest reason for the three stars...plain and simple THE PRICE!!! $130/mo is way too much for a one trick pony!! read more

I started going to Hot Yoga NJ (now Fireshaper) in 2007 in Westwood, when it was just Bikram Yoga. Seeing that they established a Rutherford location, which is much closer, I decided to try it out again. Pros: It is a really nice studio - it's a much cleaner wood floor than the carpet in the other studios. There is parking in a lot right next to the studio They now offer classes besides Bikram, like Pilates-style hot yoga Cons: They allow too many people in the room. When I can't move my arms without touching my neighbor, it's too many people. The changing room is awkward. If you've got 50 people leaving and 50 more coming in, you barely have enough room to move. There is also very limited space to sit and recover from the heat. They now offer classes besides Bikram, but their Bikram-style classes never suit my schedule. Overall, I still give this 4 stars. I like this location and I feel like I've had a great workout when I leave. I just wish they'd cap the class size. read more

I have been to the North Haledon, Westwood and Rutherford Fireshaper locations. The staff are friendly and the teachers are very experienced and encouraging. They have a wide variety of classes so it goes beyond the traditional bikram class (although they do of course have plenty of those). Depending on when you go classes can get very crowded (especially on weekend mornings), so do yourself a favor and arrive no later than 15 minutes early. The studio is very clean and they have changing rooms and a shower as well as the expected towel rentals etc. Overall this is a great studio for anyone interested in hot yoga. read more

I used to go to this studio, and I actually locked in a monthly rate of less than $130 a month which I guess was a good deal. However, I started to read more about the "hot" trend and I think that I was just feeling that I was working out extra hard when actually I was just really dehydrated. I still like how I feel after hot yoga, I just want to take it in a more a la carte form rather than the sole focus of my workout routine. read more

I love fire shaper! The classes are amazing and all the instructors are great! However, it is a little over pricey. Every so often you will get a good deal when they have their sales. I can't keep up with hot yoga because it's too much to continue going on a regular basis. However, it's is deff worth it if you can afford it regularly! read more

Fire shaper Rutherford is amazing! It's awesome for first timer like myself. The instructors are all patient, easy to follow, the place is very clean. I used to think yoga was sort of a "lazy workout," BUT after just a week at Fire Shaper - Rutherford (Hot Yoga), I HIGHLY endorse it; sweat more than ever at a gym, hold endurance longer, strengthen discipline, feel muscles burn, but followed by revitalization instead of achiness and exhaustion. PLUS super positive energy, patient, perceptive, informative, and encouraging instructors. Clean facilities, parking in the back. Lovin' it!! read more

When in am in this area on business I always make a point to hit a class here. I have not seen any if the things in some of the negative reviews. They do have some rules I typically do not see in my local hot yoga studio at home. They ask you to stay in the room and simply lay on your mat if you are spent. Most of the teachers are pretty good and seem to know their stuff. If you want a pretty vigorous practice in a very hot studio check it out. It does get hot I think 30 minutes in to class my water was at a rolling boil! read more

i work nearby and i always saw people coming in and out of the place so i thought i'd finally check it out. they had a great new student special and was instantly hooked. when my trial was up, i wanted to get a package for myself...then i saw the prices. i wish i could cough up the cash for it, but it's way too much. BUT, the place was very clean, the instructors seemed liked they knew what they were talking about/doing. they were all beginner friendly! if it wasnt for the prices, i would definitely go all the time. read more

This place is awesome! I've tried hot yoga at different places all around the country and this is one of my favorites. I recently purchased a groupon for fireshaper, not really sure what I was getting myself into. I came to find out they had regular bikram classes as well as vinyasa and other varieties. The instructors are wonderful and the studio is clean and well designed. I truly appreciate a yoga studio that practices what they preach and this is one of them. read more

when i heard that there was a hot yoga studio nearby i almost shit myself, i was excited and i thought WOW my long commutes to the city are over with, Boy was i wrong. First off, i think the class itself is overpriced, i go to yoga to the people and the class is only eight dollars, classes here are twenty dollars.The room was definitley not 105 degrees too, i placed my mat by the window and i felt a cold draft down my back throughout the whole class which doesnt help when your stretching your body in these difficult postures, I also noticed that they didnt do the breathing sounds when you inhale for the breathing in the beginning which really through me off, I also felt the instructor really didnt push you at all throughout the class, he just basically called out the poses the whole time with no type of enthusiasm, just seemed like a knockoff bikram class, i guess ill be sticking with my eight dollar classes which mind you are AMAZING and the instructors are nothing but great and the room is heated to the correct temperature. read more

"Here at Fire Shaper, we want you to get the most out of your class packages. Before we were studio owners we were also students of someone else's studio. As our own experience showed us we never liked losing our unused classes. This is why we have developed class package policies that support your financial situation." In print, the above statement taken from the Fireshaper website looks and sounds great. However do not let them fool you. I purchased a 3 week unlimited package, during week two I hurt my lower back. I had previously been to see an M.D. and gone through several months of PT. My doctor had advised me not to push myself if I started to feel pain in my back. Did I listen? No, I did not. I was eager to get back into hot yoga, not to mention I only had three weeks to get the most out of my purchase. I take full responsibility for my situation. Nevertheless when I contacted the studio to see if there was anything I could do to freeze the remaining ten days that were left on my account, I never heard back from the manager, Artemis. In total I called three times and sent an email. On one occasion I received a call back from Belinda, one of the receptionists. She was extremely professional and responded in a caring manner. She informed me that she would relay my questions to her supervisor and someone would get back to me within the next few days. Despite the fact that I left several follow-up voicemails and sent an email, I have yet to receive a return phone call from the manager. That was three weeks ago and my membership package has expired. The reason for this review is simply to vent about my frustrations with this establishment. I have purchased other packages and have attended classes at this location for almost two years. I have tried to be open-minded and take into account the things I like about the studio; the heat, the location, and two of the instructors (Tommy and Anyra). That being said, there are other hot yoga studios with great instructors, where my business is appreciated!!! The customer service is horrible. And they ignore complaints. The teachers really should get trained on how to speak to paying customers

My experience with Rutherford management has been horrible. There was an error made to a package that was gifted to me by another member, and when management realized the error they contacted me questioning me why I was using the package, what my relationship was with the member who gifted it to me. When I contacted them back they reassured me it was a computer error and that I wouldn't be held accountable for anything. 2 weeks later I get a receipt from them stating I was charged for classes when I did not authorize it. When I contacted the manager Leo told me that he was told by his superior Angela to process the amount on that date since her and I had already spoken. However that is false because she left me a voicemail and when I called her back they informed me she had left for vacation. How ironic that they have made this issue convenient for them. Leo told me there was nothing he could do and that I'd have to talk to Angela when she got back from vacation, he didn't want to assist me any further and stated he just did what he was told to and stated that as far as he knew Angela had revolved the matter. Making me feel like I wasn't a valued client, and that he didn't want to be bothered by my issue. It's sad to see that people leave their facility due to poor management when they have amazing instructors who truly care for their students. Namaste read more

Hi I never experienced such nonsense. This studio offered a great groupon do you know why? The place is a dump, the bathrooms are slippery and filthy. The floors in the studio have hair all over the slimy sweat from last class, and the worst heat actually there is heat for 10 minutes then it blows cool humid air . Asked why and teacher said its hot. ( like I'm not there ? )I have practiced bikram in California and this is not good for poses. Take the groupon and trash it, I have another week left I dread this place.. Nice teachers I will say that.. And the parking is good. Judy read more
