The pre inspector did not listen when we told them they would not be able to fit our HHGs on a truck with another family. The packers brought in items out of our garage and packed them with our kitchen items, bedroom items, and etc. The clothes in our drawers and our linens were just thrown in boxes with toys, and other misc items...they were not left folded. I have everything organized in my home, but it was not packed that way. The packers had 3 days and did not finish so they had to come back on the day the truck was there to load. They could not fit all of our HHGs on the truck because the truck came with another load on it already. We decided to rent a u-haul to carry 3,200 pounds of our HHGs that didn't fit into the moving truck. There was no way I was having this company come back and pick up the HHGs left and store them until another driver could deliver them. They told us it would be 2-4 weeks before we received our "left behind" items. Our things would have been lost if left in this company's hands. We would have had a table and no chairs, parts of our beds would have been left, and there was no way I was trusting this company that obviously does not care about other people's property. If the pre inspector would have listened from the start we could have avoided this problem. As far as the packing some of the packers need additional training. We had one guy that came every day and he was great and the guy that showed up with him on load day was good also.
