I rent a car from this location a few times per year for trips. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. Sometimes it can get busy and take awhile, but the actual rental process is very quick. I once had a reservation, and they didn't have a car for me at my reservation time. They worked to find an available car and delivered to me at home after hours, which saved me from either not getting a car or sitting and waiting at the location all day. So while I didn't get a car at my reservation time, they ended up going above and beyond to make it right, which I really appreciated. read more

Would leave 0 star if possible. Had a confirmed reservation and when I tried to pick the vehicle up it was not available and neither were any alternates. When I asked if any surrounding branches had any vehicles I was immediately told "No" prior to any checking etc. However, if you call the corporate number, every location has the vehicle type available. My visits to the neighboring locations also resulted in a hot line of BS that the vehicle type was unavailable. They couldn't tell me that until checking with the manager. All the while they have 4 in eye shot in the back lot, all clean and ready for rent. Ridiculous, garbage customer service. Last time I ever attempt to rent a vehicle through enterprise and will be working to look for other corporate fleet management as my company has over 200vehicles we have enterprise fleet management for. read more

We were authorized to drop off the rental Nissan Maxima at this location in Ocean Springs. The car had been rented out of the Gulfport store, but we were staying in Ocean Springs. The Bienville Blvd Enterprise associate agreed that it was no problem to return the car there, meaning no extra charge, and he closely inspected the vehicle. Other than having an entomologist's wet dream assortment of dead bugs on the grill, the car was pronounced 100% undamaged. This is a good location, and we would have rented from here, but when we needed a car, they were fresh out. read more

my daughter made a reservation for a car in Diberville MS when I needed to go to Chattanooga TN after my son was hit head on by a young lady when he was on his way to work They told me I needed a bank debit card so after opening an account and returning this nasty real arrogant male told me no he could not rent me a car because I have GA drivers license I have lived in MS for 4 year and can provide proof of residence which what they told my daughter I needed. This rental company sucks! At least in MS do not rent from nasty people. read more

Do not waste your time! Horrible! customer service. The manager was rude and disrespectful. First, while being the third person waiting, endured a conversation between the manager and a customer who reassured her, providing a juicy tidbit with a smile, that derelict employees of the government are not fired but promoted and/or demoted yet retain their salaries. Looking up from the computer she said I will be with you all in a minute during this time a senior citizen (lady) with a bald head walked in, leaning on the counter at the end who at intervals was shaking her hips to the music playing in the room. After finishing with the first customer she waited on the second who was picking up a rental. Another gentlemen walked in at that time. The Manager and the second customer exited the building. When The Manager returned. positioning herself behind the counter at the computer said who is next. I said I am. When questioned about the rental needed. The Manager then turned to the senior lady and the other gentlemen then questioned them afterwards turned to me and said I am going to help these two first. I disagreed and reminded The Manager that I was next at who time the hip switching senior lady exclaimed she never saw me sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes then she sat down. At this time The Manager began a strategic process that would later justify her denying me a rental car through a barge of nasty over-tone and eye-rolling behavior in an attempt to provoke a negative response from me. D you have a credit card? Nit a debit card. That's going to be $200 plus $300 so that's $500 as if I could not meet the requirement. When I pointed out she did not discuss the daily rate with me before she left the office to check for the availability of the suvs, that was all she needed, with an exaggerated response executed her authority denying me a rental. i stated to The Manager this was your intent from the beginning. I am not surprised. She laughed out loud taunting as if she won a prize. The two customers witnessed her outlandish behavior. The bottom line is the click was ticking and The Manager was more concerned about closing, locking the door at 12 O'clock and if lying about observing a customer who had been sitting for over 30 minutes in an office with a desk only 4 feet from the front door, pushing that customer to the back of the line to attend to less time-consuming customers then systematically waging a vendetta to deny a customer equitable service makes one a disrespectful, liar and an unashamed cheat. read more

We rent from Enterprise because of their pick up service being campers. Our last experience was our best ever. The office at Ocean Springs was very professional. They truly were trained well in customer service. Galen, Shi and Chad worked as a team to make sure we were happy with our rental. When we returned the car they quickly brought as back to campground. read more

Made reservation two weeks prior to pick up date. Called morning of pick up date gave them the info and was put on hold for approx. 15 minutes then they hung up. Called back receiving the swell message about how important I was and how sorry they are form making me wait and how its a family run business lalala. Finally answered phone and told them I had just called and they said must have been disconnected. And, there is no reservation for me!!!!! If I gave them my info again they would try to get me a vehicle. hahaha yeah right Saturday morning really. I asked for the agent that set me up (Management trainee) and apparently he had the day off. ANYHOW, I called Budget rental located at Gpt airport and they have a car for me at less than HALF$$$ the price enterprise gave me. I've used enterprise rental car services before, and have never been real impressed. But, this particular place is really doing a great job. I got a vehicle that suited my family's needs and a ride to and from the auto body shop where my vehicle was getting worked on. I highly recommend using their service. read more

Picking up and dropping off cars is a breeze at this location. The team is friendly and engaged. The only drawback is the lack of clarity in the extra insurance. They push you to spend much more per day in the extra insurance, but it isn't clear why or if it's needed at all. I'm certain their cars are covered under their own corporate insurance. Plus your own insurance would cover you in most circumstances. Again, the extra insurance is something they scare you into buying, and it isn't clear to me if it's something I truly need, in case a crash is my fault. I'd love to hear a comment from the business owner. read more
