Came here a few times, staff wasnt very knowledgable about vaping in general, lot of young kids. Then I sent my brother in with a picture of my tank to pick up a tip. Wasnt even close. No big deal, went in to exchange. They didnt have one that fit my tank, so I tried to return. Apparently, they have a no return policy, period. I would have been ok had they stated that during the initial sale. Really stupid to lose my business over $7! Ill take my business to mega vape in mill creek, even though its farther. I'm not sure why the bad reviews for this place, anyways I go there 3 days a week, sometimes 4. Every person who works there (and I'm sure I've met them all at this point) is super friendly and helpful. HOWEVERRRR, Benny deserves a raise. He is the NICEST and most helpful person. Super easy to talk to and always making great recommendations but not pushy at ALL. He even called me to tell me they got a new shipment of my fav stuff. Truly went out of his way to do that for me and he didn't have to do that at all. Great place and great employees. read more

I am a regular here and I have been for a while. I purchased the Smok Nord and it didnt charge. So I went back and they replaced it. But then that one was firing on it's own and the button was sticking. I go back in and they tell me there's nothing they can do and that they shouldn't have even done it in the first place. So now I've wasted my time, money, and I'm out of a mod thanks to this place. I definitely won't be returning to a place that basically steals from their customers. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! The people who work there are smooth talkers........ Not sure if they work off of commission or get bonuses for the products they sell (that's how they act). Make sure you know what you need...... They will sell you things that are not compatible with what you have.... I bought a SMOK Baby Mag a few months ago ($100.00)..... sales person claimed it was the best!!!!! But the tank is leaking and I am in the market to buy a new tank..... The salesperson today tried to sell me another type of vape tank for $50.00 and claimed "it was the best" and said that SMOK is not a good brand and they needed much improvements on their products. I almost bought the "best" tank when I asked if it would be compatible with my SMOK BABY MAG....... She said oh yeah......then started to question me about my SMOK and asked me what WATT it was??????? She then read the BABY SMOK box and said.... OHHHHHH well that wouldn't work with yours!!!!! BUT we do sell a coil that would work.... WHAT??????? Then she pulled out another type of Vape tank and said......"oh this tank is good also and will work with your SMOK! I was done........ Wish the other salesperson would have told me that SMOK needed improvements before I spent $100.00 on the SMOK BABY MAG. I will reach out to SMOK about this leaking problem.... read more

Every single time I come to the smoke shop, they exceed my expectations. The customer service is awesome, the staff is so friendly here. They also have a really amazing selection of different disposable Vape's, as well as a large collection of local glass. I genuinely come in here almost daily, it's my go to smoke shop. I love the rewards program, I probably redeemed at least $200 in rewards. read more

Overall I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody at all like not even people I don't like cause this shop is just robbery with some of their prices and the workers there are mad weirdos being inappropriate every time and anal about everything. I went into Hotbox two weeks ago looking to purchase my first water pipe. I never expected to be met with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff! They spent about an hour with me, showing me their extensive collection of glassware, sharing details about the features and pros and cons of the different styles and shapes of pipes, even put water in a few and let me feel them out! Some alright vapes, a little bit of glassware some of their dab sticks are pretty dope. They don't really have a good rewards program like (for example) MEGA VAPE and they don't have a great selection of anything that a true vapor would look for I think they've converted the store into more of a weed friendly environment.. the girls who work there don't listen very well... I told her I was looking for a red vines flavour and she pulls up a blueberry pie and I again told her that's not what I was looking for an she literally said "uh huh anyways so" then as we went to make our purchases she asked if we both had IDs which is funny considering I didn't see a sign anywhere that said "NEED ID TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS." (You'd think that you wouldn't even be allowed inside the shop with out ID then, right?)So we make it very clear that I personally wouldn't be buying anything and the person I was with the buyer plus they had ID. We were told sorry that's policy and then we were refused service and left empty handed.. they wouldn't sell us anything. The only reason I'm giving this place a two is bc the last few times I was there it was a good experience and the guy was knowledgeable. Anyways never going there again. Hope this helps :) read more

All the employees at Hotbox are extremely friendly, highly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to their products, and they always have a happy positive attitude! I went to the shop and bought a juul because I wanted to stop smoking black and mild's. I bought a juul starter pack and then I went back in to buy more juul pods and a different lady was working and said well you can refill the juul pods for cheaper. I asked her if they have any Vape juice that has no nicotine. She said well the juul can't burn 0% nicotine so you have to buy the suorin drop. I then tried out the suorin and liked it somewhat. she said do you want this kind of Vape or that kind and again I was ignorant to the Vape juice. I told her before that I want one with no nicotine that's why I was considering purchasing the suorin drop she suggested. She then got me a Vape juice that was 50 mg of nicotine which is what i DIDNT want. Until I had ALREADY purchased it, She said don't smoke this too much or you will get nicotine sick. I said why would I get nicotine sick if there's no nicotine in this?. She said oh my God you're killing me smalls. And I was like wow are you serious. And she said well we can't do any returns and then stopped talking to me. I was really upset because I went in there to buy juul pods and she lead me on to something else. I was dissatisfied with the customer service. Yeah you could blame me for my ignorance but at the end of the day she's the one who told me that her manager should've asked me questions to get to know me to see my needs and wants before I bought the Juul starter pack and should of asked me more questions to see what I really want.. and she acted like she was doing that but at the end of the day she wasn't and I ended up purchasing something for no reason. I had put my trust into her because of how she spoke to me. Yes the hotbox smoke shop is close to where I live but I will not go there again because of my experience. The employees there are also flirt heavily with customers and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I just want to go in and buy something and leave. I don't want to be called baby, honey, or hubby. It makes others around me feel uncomfortable as well. They are just not a professional in several areas.
