The guy who own this place is very helpful and friendly.. unfortunately both of the e cigs/ vape pens tasted kinda gross. But I just think that's my bad luck, pretty sure I got the only bad ones. I called to see if they carried a brand the store young man was extremely rude, I simply asked a few basic questions, he hung up on me. Unbelievable, In all of my 59 yrs that was a first for me. He was short with me from the get go. Its his problem. I would not even give them one star. Extremely bad customer service on the phone. Have been coming here lately and last few times just rubbed me wrong. I got there 10 minutes before closing came in to buy something with cash. He said no.. so I left and didn't buy anything. I guess you guys don't wanna make money.? Lol . Next day I came back with cash and I needed to have the exact amount or I couldn't get what I needed.. it's crazy because most of these vape stores want cash so you don't have to pay any other fees. This shop has excellent service. Every time I visit this store, I get knowledgeable staff who treat me kindly, and consistently advise me well about the products I seek. They have a great selection of everything vape and a good selection of sauces to boot - accessories to juice. Prices on point & compare to other shops in the area. They will not accept tips at this shop! The staff deserve it, but will do you right, without your tips. I highly recommend this shop. read more

DO NOT go here to buy vapes!!!! My boyfriend and I both went in to purchase 2 different Orions which all together costed us over $200. During the transaction, the employee informed us of the 15 day return policy if there is a factory defect. Immediately after, we took everything out of the boxes and began assembling it for use right outside the store. My boyfriend had no issues with his, but when I attempted to put my pod into the vape, it would not secure correctly like his would. We both noticed there was a huge difference between his and mine. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL IF THE POD WAS IN. When I tried reassembling his vape the same exact way with the same pod, it worked just fine. We've been vaping all types of accessories for years and agreed we needed assistance. So I went back into the store, and the first thing the employee said to me was, "What's the problem?" When I began showing him, he basically played dumb like there was nothing wrong. I felt gaslighted and deceived. My vape CLEARLY has a factory defect if it won't secure the pods in correctly. He kept on repeating himself over and over how there was nothing he could do for me, and that I was pretty much screwed out of the money I had just spent seconds prior. My boyfriend and I both knew there was something wrong with my vape, obviously. The employee was SHAKING trying to secure/unsecure the pod from the vape all the while saying there's nothing wrong!! Do not believe anything they tell you about customer satisfaction with their products because THEY'RE LYING TO YOU. If something goes wrong, they will do absolutely nothing to help fix it and you're basically going to have to cut your losses, no matter how much money you're planning on spending there. Especially heartbreaking because I had just finished complimenting the employee (Phau or Phou was his name) right before this whole ordeal. This shop is pro. I went in just to look around and was blown away by their pricing. They offering online pricing with the ability to take it home now. Their juice selection is incredible, and the prices are amazing. I have met 2 members of the staff here, they were both professional and both nice, knowledgeable guys. If you are looking to make the transition out of traditional cigarettes and begin a new life of vaping, go here. They won't try to sell you more then you need, and won't over charge you like some shops do. Great shop full of great vapes and great people. read more

Beware of their products and what they tell you about their return policy. They're knowingly selling a defective product at a discount. My coworker and I were told that if we got a defective one, we can bring it back with the packaging and exchange it. We bought 5 and two failed after half a day. The others lasted multiple days. The salesperson changed his tone when I brought it back and told me he had said to test them in the store. That's not even feasible considering we're supposed to be wearing masks the whole time and the known issue is that they leaked juice during shipment. They lasted maybe 100 puffs out of the 1000 they were designed for. Me and my coworker won't be spending any more money there. read more

I really do not like the kids that work in this store. All they do is vape with their friends and seem put out when you go in there. I asked them for help in finding the right pen and he was very unhelpful. After spending 200 dollars on the wrong pens I finally found one I liked. So I keep going back there. Last week I bought a kit and the battery stopped working after a week. I took it back to them and they were very rude and said I had to have the box it came in. I just wanted a replacement battery not the whole kit. I told them I wanted to contact the manager and he told me he would tell me the same thing. I don't know what the policies are but I think since they do they could have explained it a bit better to me. I brought it back the next day and was able to return it. But with all the hassle and the ineffective people that work there I will not be returning. I can buy it online. I was looking for a local place where I could go to but this is not it. read more
