First off the owners always watch your every move whenever you come in the store. The regular workers (Jack mainly) are super friendly and will often go out of their way to help you. On the other hand if I buy from the lady owner she'll INSIST ON CHARGING ME FOR BOTTLED WATER instead of using the faucet to fill it up. It's was saying something like not enough ohms or something . Well then I drop it and break the glass trying to get it to work . So then I go back to strictly vape. I'm a work during all this so I'm in a hurry - I go in there to buy a glass piece and explain to the guy that the coil wasn't working and that's how I broke it . He grabs a new coil puts it in my mod and the new one works I pay for what I think is just the glass piece which is fine but I check my account later and notice he charged me for the coil too . I just feel like he should've replaced the broken coil - I kinda used to go in there a lot because they were nice but if I can't even get products replaced when they don't work then I'm going elsewhere
