My son and son in law got there before me and they refused to let them in the room. Ok not a huge deal-no reason as to why they wouldn't let them in but ok. When I get there to check in, front desk staff was very rude and because I had book an executive suite we planned on using the pull out couch bed. The pull out had literal blood and fece stains ALL OVER IT! Staff refused to give us extra blankets and pillows AND told us that those stains were "dye." This is absolutely unacceptable. We left very early Saturday morning for our hunting trip and when we came back, exhausted, the room keys were not working. Front desk guy "Chris" refused to give us new keys, demanded we show ID even though he checked us in the night before and then claimed we were being "hostile" and pretended to call the police. And yes I'm talking about the guy named Chris or Kris that apparently owns this location. This was the worst experience, we grew up in Pearsall don't live there any more but either way this is our home town and being treated this way is unacceptable. We will never stay at La Quinta Pearsall ever again. Save your money- DO NOT STAY HERE. Will be taking this incident to TikTok to spread awareness.

The next room was okay EXCEPT the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper still on the holder and it had BLOOD on it. They went and asked for another roll of toilet paper and threw that one away. She didn't tell me this until they were leaving or else I would have moved them to anther hotel.
