We stayed there for a week a week ago to do the ITU World Championship Triathlon. From the moment we arrived until we left we felt like family. Noe, the lovely desk clerk was most patient with our lack of language skills (hurray for Google Translate) and her two most visible co workers; the man who made Everything happen, and the night clerk who always greeted us with a smile and always made us laugh were the Best of the best. We feel like we really got lucky by selecting this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring this amazing part of the world; it is truly a hidden gem. The room was adequate with a balcony having an ocean view, the sink was huge, the toilet always worked, the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water.
