I had two reservations at the Cordial Hotel Dam Square, and due to extenuating circumstances -- rushing my father to the Emergency Room, then ICU, then and passed away -- I had to cancel 17 days before the trip. We rebooked our trip, and the hotel would not honor the original reservation even after sending the Death Certificate as they requested. They wouldn't even apply ANY portion of the near $1000 towards the new $300 reservation. Absolutely disrespectful, rude & inconsiderate. Airlines completely refunded our money and all OTHER hotels rebooked for us. read more
