Being woken up in the middle of the night by a stranger opening the hotel room door and entering…read morewas a pretty scary experience. Turned out they had double-booked the room and for some reason that didn't show up in their booking system. We never did get any proper explanation or apology from the staff and obviously a hotel where something like this can even happen is not a place I can recommend. The rather expensive hotel itself is nice enough and so are the rooms, but for above reasons I would never ever stay here again.
