Thankfully a friend told us to come here or we never would have known about it. It took a few hours by train to get here from Rome and we stayed four days which is a nice amount of time to explore and enjoy the property. I love it! From the minute we were scooped up at the train station in our little golf cart ... the team here has really made every part of our visit something special to remember. PS: NOTE - Do not use the location - directions of this property from this Yelp page ... whomever added it to Yelp was nearly six miles away from the property so the address and location is incorrect. While the concierge was very helpful once we asked if someone could come to the hospital, management at the hotel did not care. I only heard from management after the day of the fall once I was checking out a few days later to tell me this has never happened before at the hotel. My room rate included breakfast and I could not walk easily the next day so ordered room service for breakfast, was charged for that since room service breakfast was not included (to give you an idea of how the hotel dealt with it)

My husband chose the beef ravioli, and I selected the truffle gnocchi with walnuts. My husband's ravioli were housemade and extremely tasteful. However, I would order this gnocchi Every single time, it was that good! The shaved truffle on top was the perfect edition! This will hands-down be one of my favorite meals ever! I do like the freshly squeezed orange juice though! Staff are friendly, and there's an outdoor gym. I didn't care for the equipment as you can't really adjust the machines and it seems like it's also the smoking area. It's a bit difficult to do cardio in hot weather and smell cigarette smoke, so that wasn't very enjoyable. Pool is small and I skipped it. There's plenty of seats in the shade and they also have a small hot tub by the garden area separate from the pool. I really liked the tiny libraries and think that should be an option at all hotels in the States! I traded the books I brought and took new ones. Room is okay. They don't service it very well, sometimes only just making the bed and not taking out the garbage. I also felt like the shower was a smidge small and the folded up shower seat was discolored, so a bit off-putting. Everything is also so high up! Like the towel hooks and the toiletries. It's more work for us shorter people to reach! They also offer complimentary service around specific Praiano bus stops, so a bit nice... however, it's quicker at times to just walk it yourself.
