Extremely comfortable bed and excellent rain shower in bathroom. Breakfast was a bit pricey at R$40 but with good fruit, juice and bread choices along with cheeses and cold cuts. You could order eggs your own style if you didn't want the usual scrambled ones. Wonderful view from the rooftop pool area with infinity pool. Wet steam sauna next to the small spa just below pool area.

They have a really good gym on the top floor and an outdoor infinity pool overlooking the ocean. You can also schedule a massage on the top floor as well. The hotel is located right in the center and there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. Guacamole is pretty much right outside of the door as well as a lot of other restaurants. Toca de Jurere is pretty close as well if you want some awesome seafood. All of the receptionists speak english so you won't have any problems communicating with them. Prices can fluctuate depending on the time of the year so if they are on the cheaper/affordable side, I strongly suggest staying here.

I missed the breakfast buffet, but my friend said it was good. Service was excellent, as the front desk staff spoke great English and was very helpful in giving us directions and information about Florianopolis. I don't think I'd stay in downtown again, but this hotel definitely met our needs. I just wish it had a pool!
