Then again that can actually be pretty cool, especially if it is during a period where there are a number of people staying there meaning that you and mingle with the other guests. The motel wasn't all that bad though, and the rooms were quite comfortable. It even had a swimming pool, though I didn't end up going for a swim, namely because it simply wasn't the season for such.

The suite was decorated and furnished to a high standard - there was a comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, a dining room with a food preparation area, a good bathroom and a deck/veranda with terrific views. There is also a pool and a small gas Weber BBQ available for your use. Rik is a great host and he was super responsive and quick to answer our queries during our stay. This is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for some peace and serenity!

Then again, it does happen to be in Casino, and Casino is hardly a bustling metropolis on a main highway, so I guess you aren't going to get as many trucks roaring through at all hours of the morning, even though this motel does happen to be on the main road. The location is pretty good as well, being close to the town centre, and also across the road from a nice park that happens to be beside the river. Well, it is a bit of a hike to the railway station though, but then again the station is hardly close to the town centre.
