We didn't stay here, but we did have one of our best meals here during our time in Rome. We had a fairly large party - eight of us and the staff were super nice and patient. I'll be honest, I can't remember who had what meal or drink kind of so I'm just going to post all my pics. As I look through these photos again all I want to do is book a flight back to R

Nice hotel, great location. We had issues with our room electricity but they came and fixed it immediately, no other issues. Great room air-conditioning. Very nice reception, very helpful booking taxis. Breakfast room with ample outdoor seating was perfect. Breakfast spread was delicious! All staff so nice.

We just stayed here last week and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating, which is so appreciated when you are in an unfamiliar place. Marco at the front desk was particularly nice. Spa was small, but the masseuse (Georgiana, I think her name was?) was so nice, genuine, and gave really relaxing massages. We got two from her while visiting! We were lazy and ordered room service a couple times, which, honestly, was pretty good! We never went to the restaurant but if the room service is an indicator, it seems like it would be good. It was nice to have a quiet late night dinner in the room after walking all day in the heat. (There was a small heatwave when we went, and yes, the AC worked perfectly fine ) There was one small issue when they forgot to collect our breakfast order. We had a train to catch early that morning and were hoping to eat a quick breakfast before our excursion. When the hotel realized what happened they were super quick to remedy it, which was very appreciated, and we were able to still eat breakfast before leaving without issue. I was thankful for that. Room service, maid service and turn down service were all great. Overall, good experience. Also only like a 10 minute walk to the Trastevere, which is a big tourist food spot here in Rome. We did need taxis to get to a lot of the other major attractions as it was about a 20 minute drive from most of the "bigger" things but it wasn't too bad by any means. Neighborhood felt safe, even at night. Would def recommend if you're looking for a cute place in Rome with good food.

    Working area/lobby. Very comfortable.

Perfect hotel. Absolutely love this hotel. Excellent location: so walkable to all the city center sights, restaurants, squares. The staff is EXCELLENT! I stayed for a week; they helped me with yours, laundry, directions, conversation! Shout outs for Jimmy, Orietta at the desk; Alexander in Valet; Maria Lara in the spa; and housekeeping. These professionals are first rate. The hotel is comfortable: well appointed, just what you need Re services, furnishings, linens. The spa is wonderful! I had the best facial with Maria Lara: skilled and kind. This will be our hotel on all future visits to Rome!

It's a small boutique hotel located in the heart of Rome with nice rooms, a great bar with a fabulous bar tender and good service. The rooms are small but nice and depending on which side you face the room can be a bit noisy. I had a room facing the Main Street and it was noisy at times. The location is great and it's close walking distance to more of the main attractions in Rome. The bed was nice and the bathroom albeit small functional and well stocked. Staff were super friendly and the bar tender was excellent. A bunch of us were staying here so we had a couple of night caps at the bar. Room prices are expensive but probably average for Rome. Breakfast was also ok and it was nothing special but good enough. We didn't eat here so cannot comment on the food but there are plenty of places within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. All in all a nice experience and I would happily come here again.

I spent a week here this fall: I note that so you know the review isn't based on 1 or 2 nights at the hotel, but 7 or 8. First, the staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. Honestly. I was looking forward to practice Italian but everyone I engaged with spoke English, in most cases better than my Italian. It came in handy when you're too exhausted to translate the thoughts in your brain. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable. I had a room overlooking the courtyard so some nights if I opened the window for some fresh air you'd hear fellow travelers in the courtyard finsihing their wine and conversation. All part of the charm of being in the Etermnal City; and if it's not for you closing the window took care of the noise. There's a restaurant and roof top bar on the top floor and you could grab breakfast or a drink depending on the time of day on the first floor. The bottom floor had a spa and gym. The location is good, depending on what your goal is in Rome. My longest walk was to get to the Colessuem but that was by choice. I found the area safe, and as local as I have seen in a city with as many tourists as Rome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place or stay here again. It was a quick walk to the Piaza Navona and every quicker to the Campo d'fiori.

By Rome standards for a full-service hotel, it would be considered affordable by many. But just to be clear, it is not ultra-inexpensive. For the money, it is firmly in the 4-star hotel genre (getting a 5-star Yelp rating from me within this category because I could find nothing wrong with it during my stay). So, while it may not have crystal chandeliers and butlers running around, it is definitely not a student tourist level hostel. It has modern, comfortable public spaces, elevators that hold more than 2 people at a time, a restaurant with a good breakfast spread, and well-appointed guest rooms with modern amenities and AC. I really don't need more than that when I am traveling solo for business so it was perfect for me given that set of circumstances. As a comparison, I have stayed at a 5-star Rome hotel which was absolutely a step up in terms of service, luxury features, and a sense of a personal attention. But when I am alone on business, that level of service is not necessary and can feel uncomfortable to me. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants within a 10 min walk and it is a reasonable walk to attractions such as the Opera House, the Coliseum, and the Trevi Fountain. It is also a 10-minute walk to the main terminal Rome train station and the cool, local Nuovo Mercato Esquilino if you are into that type of thing like I am. I spent early mornings walking somewhere for coffee and then through the Mercato to watch the vendors work to ready their produce and meat to be pawed over by early restauranteurs which was a cool look at the underbelly life of this great city. I really liked that this hotel is not right up against the busy street and, on at least 2 sides of the building, there are streets that are not constantly jammed with the noise of traffic. My room fronted one of the quiet sides. It is unclear to me if I was upgraded to a nicer than standard room location because of my Hilton loyalty status but I had a very quiet stay in a room that was impeccably clean and could be easily darked out during the day if I needed a restorative nap for my jet lag. The gym was reasonably appointed and open 24/7 and the wi-fi speed was top notch. I had a great stay here for the money. Based on all of this, when in Rome in the future as a solo business traveler, I would be very happy to stay here again.

That made the location extremely convenient. The hotel sits a short walk from Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where Pope Francis is buried. Some areas near the main train station are often described as unsafe by Italian standards. We did not experience that near the hotel. Tourists and locals were out late, and the neighborhood stayed active into the evening. Rome is compact and easy to navigate. Most major attractions felt reachable within about 20 minutes by taxi, bus, or rail. We tried to visit the Trevi Fountain at 10:00 pm to avoid crowds. That plan failed completely(see pic). It was packed. Locals eat later than in the U.S., and many parts of the city stay busy well into the night. Restaurants remain open late. A note for U.S. travelers. European hotel rooms run smaller for the price. Even using Hilton points, our room would have cost close to $700 per night USD and felt small. The hotel offers a pleasant rooftop bar and a spacious lobby with multiple seating areas. The buffet breakfast was a solid, comfortable way to start the day. It was included for us as Hilton Diamond members. I am unsure of the cash price. Overall, the location and amenities make this a smart pre-cruise choice, especially for travelers relying on rail connections.
