The typical Best Western breakfast is offered which includes instant eggs, bacon, toast, & oatmeal. There is also free coffee in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. Downside for our stay was the fitness center opens later in the morning. This is a very high transient location for travelers that go in between San Diego & Mexico. Be careful at night. There were many sketchy people loitering around the gas station. SUGGESTION: Try to get a room on the backside of the complex. The front is busier, with many of the 18-wheeler tractor-trailor trucks parking in reverse, creating that loud beeping sound. Overall, if you're comfortable with this arrangement, for the price and convenience, I recommend staying here.

I didn't answer because I'm getting ready using the bathroom. At 11:15am she starts banging screaming "cleaning services!". I don't answer because I hopped in the shower and I'm trying to hurry up to try to get out by 11:30am. 11:30am she continues knocking I didn't answer because I'm getting out the shower. 11:45am the manager of the motel knocks on my door and I'm literally changing clothes while I open the door. He asked when am I getting out aggressively like I'm a drug addict squatter in their property who's been there an entire month without paying . He also threatened to take away my 60 dollar security deposit since I said I will clocking out at 11:50am. I checked out at 11:50am and told the maid and the manager I will not be using their motel anymore because they treated me like some drug addict squatter in their property when I only stayed an extra 20 minutes. They only give a 30 min grace period when all other hotels standard give at least an hour grace period. If you don't abide by that they steal your security deposit . Stay away from this place they don't accommodate late night travelers . They think all people clocking in late at night are criminals and drugs addicts and give aggressive treatment to kick you out. I stayed a little longer till 12:35pm and the manager called 3 cops to kick out other tenants. Don't stay at this establishment

I'll say that again: THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. The shower would not turn off making the bathroom floor constantly wet. I should also note that the water pressure was not the best but with all the grime around I did not want to linger anyways... There was rust, grime and dirt in the shower fixtures and sliding door. We arrived to find hair and debris in the shower grate. The room itself was moist the whole time. Pulled back the covers to get in bed and the covers were moist. We stayed one night here and when we left all of our things were moist and damp. We let the administration know and ultimately maintenance said they couldn't do anything about the issues. Also the walls are thin you can hear the television from a neighboring room quite clearly. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Don't waste your money or time here.

Also a separate $10 deposit for the remote of the tv. The older rooms are shitty so sucks if you get stuck with one of those cause they have been being fully booked a lot recently. Another thing to note is that when you walk up without a reservation they almost always tell you they are sold out. It's always noisy too so don't think you're gonna get good night sleep here. Sound of high heels walking down the hallways at all hours of the night, drunk fuckers being loud and making noise while walking in the hallways as well. So it's hard to relax unless you're really far away but still then always someone making noises or moans from fucking. The walls are thin lol There are 2 entrances. One on the red light side where the street girls are and the one in the front main entrance for hk. You can exit hk on either side and go up with a girl so it's still convenient. If you wanna go up low key with a girl and not let the whole club see you then go out the back entrance. Less eyes and you won't be seen doing the walk of shame back into the club haha enjoy! No bugs, no sketchiness. It provides shampoo and soap and a hair dryer. There's no coffeemaker in the room, but there is a Starbucks down the street and a McDonald's across the parking lot. Oddly, the shower was great? I know that's weird to say, but the heat and water pressure were what I wish most hotels and resorts had. Did not expect to find that here.

Each room is super clean and is ready when promised. Make a reservation. It gets crowded on some weekends and during the summer. We love everything about the hotel. The service is great and they will get you into a wonderful clean room. They are not huge, but they are great. The bathrooms are well stocked and they have bottled water in the room, which you need. They also have great food and again, the service is so good. You can stay there and never leave, but don't do that. Grab a cab and get a wonderful dinner near by. It is safe and you will be welcomed.

Plus, they had a Samsung smart TV, which should honestly be standard in all hotels. Check-out is a breeze at noon--just drop the keys in the box, and you're good. Loved the bag check service, so I could explore without dragging my stuff around. Ordered the Original Burger with skinny fries from room service--delicious, but it came wrapped in plastic (I get it, but still). Shoutout to the staff for keeping up with the holiday rush; make sure to tip if they're vibing with you! Definitely coming back!
