They arrange with staff that brought the luggage to the room. The reception was spacious and grand. The rooms was very nice with tastefull furniture. The bathroom had to sinks and lots of frosted glas. The shower contained booth a handheld shower and a rain shower. Very nice! The beds was very comfortable and big. We had a top floor apartment with a view towards the city and mountains. The balcony had a table, two chairs and a sun bed. The kitchen was good and the refrigerator was stuffed with drinks (at a cost) and water (free of charge). We didn't go for the all inclusive, so we don't have any feedback on the different restaurants as we only booked the breakfast, but that restaurant was AMAZING. Large dining room with several chefs working in an open kitchen were they prepared different dishes a la minuté. You choose the ingredients you desired and then they prepared the food. Each morning during the week there were different items for the breakfast witch kept it interesting each breakfast. The pool area was large with several different pool for all ages. The kids realy loved a pool with a large "balloon" (in lack of better words) on witch they could climb up on, jump and then jump/slide down from. It was so fun they jumped on in for hours (literally several hours) each day. Strategically the hotel had placed a very nice bar in that pool so it was possible to check on you kids and get refreshments. All staff we encountered were very nice, helpful and professional. A friend became light headed and nearly fainted one morning and that really showed how drilled the staff was in emergency situation witch was impressive. Received complimentary drinks from the moment we walked in! Had someone assist us to our room. They have great entertainment a live band every night. Beach was walking distance. The breakfast and dinner was amazing I looked forward to both the whole time. The hospitality in Spain isn't the best they can improve a thing or two, but this place was the epitome of excellent hospitality and class. I would definitely come back.

Although it's not one of the hotels that are right next to the beach it's a pretty short walk (maybe 150m-200m) to the beach and right next to the beach is a conservation area the Punta de n'Amer which is nice for a hiking day. The hotel itself is a little worn outside the rooms but nothing I would take into account negatively. The rooms are standard sized for a hotel of this category but clean and we slept well in the beds. The food is good with some flaws but overall you can enjoy each meal every day if you are not some kind of grumbler. The pool is not the biggest in size but as I'm not in the pool very often that wasn't a problem for me. Overall a good hotel to spend your holidays.

We had a junior suite (room 4 in case you are thinking of booking it) and we could not have been happier. Huge bed, spa bath, massive walk in shower, great wi-fi connection and an atmosphere that meant a couple of days during our stay, we actually didn't leave the room because we were so relaxed and catered for. The building is an old farm that took 3 years to develop into a hotel, it has maintained the small original church on site, a heated pool has been installed and the hotel actually owns the grounds all the way down to the coast. The grounds can be viewed and explored on one of the bikes that can be taken from the hotel. Try the Iberian ham on the room service menu, the price is a bit steep, but it is some of the best I have ever eaten!

Staff usually friendly and I loved the resident bingo that was played most nights outside on the terrace with some quite large prizes for a full house usually over 100 Euros. Nightly entertainment -good music not that rap crap. There are cushioned sofas on the terrace where one can enjoy a cigarette or read a book and many tables for bingo and food and watching the night entertainment. We had a lovely sea-view room with an adequate balcony and some of the balconies below us were larger and had loungers. Modern bedrooms with shower but we had no bath or bidet. Smooth process for check in/out and the pool is of a fairly decent size. Half board with exquisite starters/salads/sauces and gorgeous desserts. For one night during our stay we could use 'Sarah's' (I think that's the name) - an a la carte restaurant on the fifth floor included in the cost of our stay. Very well kept and maintained premises and there is an adults-only chill out area on the top floor where one can lay back and gaze at the stars. I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars!

Cocktails and drinks are on the pricey side, but as the entertainment at the piano bar each evening was pretty classy, we didn't mind stumping up a little more for a cocktail or two. The fresh fruit smoothies at the pool bar were just the job for lunchtimes when we were too full from breakfast to eat much, and wanted to save some space for dinner. Drinks in all the bars were accompanied with a bowl of nuts or crisps. We did push the boat out and have a pizza lunch at the al fresco Terrace Bar on one occasion. Its probably the best pizza I've ever had in a hotel. My expectations were well exceeded. The hotel location is just on the edge of Sa Coma with the beach an easy 5 minute stroll, and the beach at Cala Millor about a 20 minute stroll in the other direction. Walking along the roadside paths is safe and easy. Immediately across the road from the hotel is a trail which leads to an old castle on the peninsular between the two resorts. Its a pleasant walk and the views are stunning once you get there. We discovered a cafe alongside the castle which came as a complete surprise. Its as well to take drinks with you in case its shut. We stayed in the most stunning two-roomed junior suite with flat screen tv in both rooms and a fabulous bathroom with deep bathtub and two sinks. Hurray for proper hairdryers! Pool towels were in our room on arrival and there was no deposit or charge for them or for the in-room safe. There was just enough space in the mini bar to store a couple of bottles of water that we replenished daily, and the tea and coffee making facilities were much appreciated. Both our balconies overlooked the gardens, the relatively quiet road and the peninsular nature reserve beyond. It was a pleasant spot to unwind while reading a book, enjoying a cuppa and watching the horse and carriages go back and forth between Sa Coma and Cala Millor. Free wifi was meant to be available throughout the hotel, but in practice it was impossible to log on to it in our room most days even though the signal was strong. I'm guessing the capacity wasn't sufficient for the demand. It was much easier to get a signal at the Piano and Poolside bars and so thats exactly what we did. Just a short stroll away the local bars sold great beer for half the price so we ventured out to them on a regular basis too. While I usually avoid British bars like the plague on holidays it turns out they were the smartest and best bars in the resort and when we visited the staff were all Spanish. The hotel is smart with high-end decor and a relaxed vibe. The staff are sweet and engaging and were always very helpful. The food was attractively presented but didn't always taste as good as it looked, though the fresh fruits, breads and cheeses were always excellent. As a vegetarian I had extra challenges as so many of the dishes were embellished with bits of meat or fish and it wasn't always obvious until I had taken a bite. The main course dishes each evening were rarely suitable for vegetarians so I filled up on side-dishes and salads. This became a little monotonous by day 6 but were were only staying for the week. Meat eaters fared a lot better. Its a five star hotel in almost every way, but I have eaten better in a number of four star hotels. That said, they were in Greece where vegetarians fare better. I would however return to this hotel in a heartbeat and thoroughly recommend it to others.

The room was not cleaned every day, only two sets of towels and glasses were handed out (glass not changed during the week., I can go on forever with weirdness mojito from a tap tasting chemicals and so on. There is no doubt that those who govern over the hotel staff have lost all interest in the hotel business a long time ago.
